the_o strength_n of_o his_o majesty_n force_n some_o of_o the_o say_a commissioner_n notwithstanding_o the_o premonition_n give_v they_o by_o our_o say_a letter_n &_o without_o consult_v this_o board_n therein_o have_v give_v protection_n of_o late_a to_o many_o of_o the_o say_v rebel_n be_v principal_a person_n &_o freeholder_n which_o protection_n be_v in_o sundry_a respect_n find_v to_o
