labour_n but_o by_o deprive_v people_n of_o the_o mean_n to_o carry_v on_o those_o trade_n upon_o which_o the_o safety_n and_o riches_n of_o a_o nation_n depend_v which_o must_v in_o time_n depopulate_v a_o country_n as_o we_o find_v evident_a in_o all_o those_o where_fw-mi man_n be_v not_o secure_a in_o the_o enjoyment_n of_o the_o fruit_n of_o their_o own_o and_o their_o ancestor_n labour_n but_o such_o tyranny_n be_v much_o more_o destructive_a when_o it_o happen_v upon_o the_o account_n of_o religion_n than_o it_o whole_o fall_v on_o the_o true_o religious_a and_o conscientious_a who_o be_v the_o most_o just_a most_o frugal_a most_o industrious_a and_o in_o a_o word_n most_o serviceable_a to_o their_o country_n both_o in_o peace_n and_o war_n for_o that_o conscience_n that_o make_v they_o suffer_v rather_o than_o act_v against_o it_o cause_v they_o to_o abound_v with_o all_o those_o moral_a virtue_n about_o which_o there_o be_v no_o contention_n that_o this_o give_v neither_o a_o right_a to_o punish_v because_o neither_o of_o they_o be_v any-wise_a injure_v and_o it_o be_v against_o the_o immutable_a and_o eternal_a law_n of_o justice_n to_o punish_v a_o person_n that_o neither_o do_v nor_o design_n to_o do_v another_o a_o injury_n yea_o christianity_n that_o require_v man_n to_o abstain_v from_o revenge_n even_o after_o repeat_v be_v by_o nature_n equal_a will_v have_v submit_v their_o life_n and_o property_n to_o the_o discretion_n of_o a_o single_a or_o a_o few_o person_n but_o to_o prevent_v those_o great_a inconvenience_n themselves_o and_o honour_n god_n according_a to_o the_o best_a of_o their_o judgement_n and_o at_o the_o same_o time_n require_v the_o magistrate_n to_o judge_n for_o they_o and_o to_o make_v they_o
