worship_n 2._o lively_o in_o your_o family_n worship_n god_n lively_o not_o only_o with_o a_o true_a and_o sincere_a heart_n but_o with_o a_o lively_a heart_n take_v heed_n of_o dulness_n and_o formality_n take_v heed_n of_o sleep_v at_o your_o prayer_n and_o here_o i_o will_v advise_v that_o master_n of_o family_n will_v not_o put_v off_o their_o duty_n too_o long_o in_o the_o morning_n till_o half_a the_o day_n be_v past_a nor_o too_o late_o in_o the_o evening_n when_o the_o family_n will_v be_v more_o dispose_v and_o incline_v to_o sleep_v than_o to_o pray_v 3._o cheerful_o in_o your_o family_n worship_n god_n cheerful_o go_v not_o to_o family_n prayer_n as_o a_o task_n and_o burden_n but_o as_o a_o great_a favour_n and_o privilege_n that_o you_o and_o your_o child_n may_v call_v upon_o god_n 4._o constant_o in_o your_o family_n worship_n god_n constant_o some_o will_v pray_v on_o a_o sabbath_n night_n but_o it_o may_v be_v not_o all_o the_o week_n after_o thus_o if_o sin_n only_o thus_o far_o concern_v the_o duty_n of_o family_n who_o god_n have_v spare_v in_o this_o time_n of_o pestilence_n in_o general_n of_o the_o several_a relation_n in_o a_o family_n next_o sect_n xii_o second_o if_o you_o will_v live_v in_o some_o measure_n answerable_o to_o so_o great_a a_o mercy_n as_o preservation_n from_o death_n in_o a_o time_n of_o great_a mortality_n be_v then_o fill_v up_o the_o duty_n of_o your_o particular_a relation_n wherein_o you_o stand_v relative_n sin_n be_v very_o offensive_a unto_o god_n and_o a_o great_a scandal_n to_o religion_n the_o fiâ—st_n god_n allow_v and_o both_o these_o extreme_n will_v terrisie_n conscience_n when_o such_o come_v to_o die_v and_o this_o sin_n be_v more_o usual_o see_v when_o death_n have_v break_v this_o relation_n than_o while_n god_n continue_v they_o together_o the_o survivor_n than_o see_v he_o do_v not_o love_v his_o wife_n and_o the_o wife_n her_o husband_n with_o that_o degree_n of_o love_n as_o that_o relation_n call_v for_o or_o with_o a_o great_a degree_n than_o be_v please_v unto_o god_n when_o the_o love_n of_o this_o relation_n do_v diminish_v the_o love_n they_o shall_v have_v to_o god_n and_o how_o many_o breach_n have_v god_n make_v in_o this_o relation_n to_o punish_v the_o sin_n of_o both_o extreme_n it_o may_v be_v thy_o love_n be_v immoderate_a and_o therefore_o god_n have_v if_o you_o will_v improve_v this_o mercy_n the_o direction_n be_v that_o your_o love_n and_o affection_n be_v such_o one_o to_o another_o as_o be_v the_o love_n betwixt_o christ_n and_o the_o church_n
