be_v more_o excusable_a to_o obey_v than_o to_o disobey_v though_o both_o be_v faulty_a suppose_v the_o thing_n to_o be_v indeed_o unlawful_a and_o we_o discern_v it_o not_o so_o that_o your_o rule_n of_o obey_v where_o you_o be_v not_o as_o sure_a &c_n &c_n be_v a_o unsure_a rule_n unless_o as_o we_o have_v fullyer_n caution_v it_o pretence_n of_o conscience_n be_v no_o exemption_n from_o obedience_n for_o the_o 4._o law_n as_o long_o as_o it_o be_v a_o law_n certain_o bind_v to_o obedience_n rom._n 13._o you_o must_v needs_o be_v subject_n and_o this_o pretence_n of_o a_o tender_a gainsay_n conscience_n can_v abrogate_v the_o law_n since_o it_o can_v neither_o take_v away_o the_o authority_n of_o the_o lawmaker_n nor_o make_v the_o matter_n of_o the_o law_n in_o itself_o common-prayer_n book_n yet_o we_o will_v obey_v in_o it_o as_o far_o as_o the_o end_n of_o our_o call_n do_v require_v it_o will_v be_v undecent_a to_o come_v without_o a_o band_n or_o other_o suppose_v himself_o addict_v against_o you_o we_o will_v advise_v he_o to_o be_v more_o charitable_a to_o you_o than_o you_o here_o advise_v he_o to_o be_v to_o we_o we_o will_v have_v he_o if_o your_o conscience_n require_v it_o to_o forbear_v you_o in_o this_o undecent_a and_o disorderly_a way_n but_o to_o speak_v more_o distinct_o 1._o there_o be_v some_o thing_n decent_a and_o orderly_a when_o the_o opposite_a species_n be_v not_o undecent_a or_o disorderly_a 2._o there_o be_v some_o thing_n undecent_a and_o disorderly_a in_o a_o small_a and_o tolerable_a degree_n and_o some_o thing_n in_o a_o degree_n intolerable_a 1._o when_o thing_n decent_a be_v command_v who_o opposite_n will_v not_o be_v at_o all_o undecent_a there_o charity_n and_o peace_n and_o edification_n may_v command_v a_o relaxation_n or_o rather_o shall_v at_o first_o restrain_v from_o too_o severe_a imposition_n as_o it_o be_v decent_a to_o wear_v either_o a_o cloak_n or_o a_o gown_n a_o cassock_n
