i_o can_v believe_v that_o be_v as_o you_o expound_v belief_n why_o then_o he_o confess_v plain_o he_o be_v at_o a_o loss_n he_o can_v drive_v on_o the_o work_n of_o comfort_v no_o further_o he_o can_v do_v no_o more_o but_o pray_v for_o they_o pag._n 31._o be_v it_o not_o a_o wonder_n that_o this_o lamentable_a comforter_n shall_v be_v so_o value_v by_o the_o trouble_a spirit_n i_o be_v have_v not_o so_o much_o wit_n as_o to_o discern_v so_o gross_a fallacy_n may_v assoon_o be_v comfort_v by_o a_o false_a and_o impertinent_a argument_n as_o by_o a_o sound_a one_o quest._n but_o how_o will_v you_o comfort_v such_o a_o one_o that_o faith_n he_o can_v believe_v ans._n why_o i_o will_v first_o make_v he_o know_v that_o the_o very_a essential_a form_n of_o faith_n lie_v in_o the_o willâ—_n acceptance_n of_o a_o offer_a christ_n then_o will_v i_o know_v of_o he_o whether_o he_o be_v willing_a thus_o to_o have_v christ_n both_o for_o lord_n and_o saviour_n or_o not_o if_o he_o say_v he_o be_v willing_a i_o shall_v answer_v that_o then_o he_o do_v believe_v and_o then_o he_o be_v justify_v for_o his_o willingness_n be_v his_o very_a consent_n or_o acceptance_n and_o that_o consent_n be_v true_a faith_n christ_n expect_v no_o more_o to_o make_v up_o the_o match_n if_o the_o match_n break_v it_o must_v be_v either_o because_o christ_n be_v unwilling_a or_o because_o he_o be_v unwilling_a not_o christ_n for_o he_o be_v the_o suitor_n and_o entreater_n and_o offerer_n not_o himself_o for_o he_o confess_v that_o he_o be_v willing_a if_o he_o say_v i_o be_o not_o
