for_o any_o man_n and_o most_o base_a in_o a_o king_n to_o recede_v from_o his_o promise_n for_o have_v be_v obtain_v by_o force_n or_o under_o restraint_n wherefore_o his_o majesty_n not_o only_o reject_v those_o act_n which_o he_o esteem_v unworthy_a of_o he_o but_o even_o pass_v by_o that_o which_o he_o may_v well_o insist_v upon_o a_o point_n of_o honour_n in_o respect_n of_o his_o present_a condition_n thus_o answer_v the_o first_o proposition_n that_o upon_o his_o majesty_n come_v to_o london_n he_o will_v hearty_o join_v in_o all_o that_o shall_v concern_v the_o honour_n of_o his_o two_o kingdom_n or_o the_o assembly_n of_o the_o state_n of_o scotland_n or_o of_o the_o commissioner_n or_o deputy_n of_o either_o kingdom_n particular_o in_o those_o thing_n which_o be_v desire_v in_o that_o proposition_n upon_o confidence_n that_o all_o of_o they_o respective_o with_o the_o same_o tenderness_n will_v look_v upon_o those_o thing_n which_o concern_v his_o majesty_n honour_n in_o answer_n to_o all_o the_o proposition_n concern_v religion_n his_o majesty_n propose_v that_o he_o will_v confirm_v the_o presbyterial_a government_n the_o assembly_n of_o divine_n at_o westminster_n and_o the_o directory_n for_o three_o year_n be_v the_o time_n set_v down_o by_o the_o two_o house_n so_o that_o his_o majesty_n and_o his_o household_n be_v not_o hinder_v from_o that_o form_n of_o god_n service_n which_o they_o former_o have_v have_v and_o also_o that_o a_o free_a consultation_n and_o debate_n be_v have_v with_o the_o divine_n at_o westminster_n twenty_o of_o his_o majesty_n nomination_n be_v add_v unto_o they_o whereby_o it_o may_v be_v determine_v by_o his_o majesty_n and_o the_o two_o house_n how_o the_o church_n shall_v be_v
