duty_n of_o the_o minister_n and_o that_o it_o belong_v to_o the_o public_a service_n of_o god_n in_o the_o congregation_n it_o appear_v by_o the_o turn_n of_o the_o reason_n thus_o whatsoever_o be_v require_v of_o a_o minister_n in_o regard_n of_o his_o ministry_n that_o same_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o public_a service_n of_o god_n but_o to_o sanctify_v a_o fast_n be_v require_v of_o the_o priest_n in_o this_o place_n in_o respect_n of_o their_o ministry_n and_o therefore_o it_o be_v a_o part_n of_o the_o public_a service_n of_o god_n but_o you_o may_v say_v unto_o i_o every_o doctrine_n for_o we_o see_v that_o the_o capacity_n of_o man_n be_v so_o narrow_a that_o oftentimes_o he_o gainsay_v a_o good_a thing_n propound_v general_o unto_o he_o which_o afterward_o be_v lay_v
