forth_o and_o to_o break_v through_o all_o impediment_n all_o difficulty_n to_o come_v at_o they_o be_v evident_a enough_o upon_o this_o ground_n viz._n that_o we_o all_o stand_v bind_v to_o declare_v and_o testify_v unto_o the_o world_n and_o this_o as_o well_o by_o deed_n or_o real_a demonstration_n as_o by_o word_n or_o verbal_a account_n or_o assertion_n the_o unsearchable_a riches_n of_o the_o import_v to_o make_v know_v unto_o the_o world_n what_o manner_n of_o god_n he_o be_v how_o abound_v in_o all_o excellent_a desirable_a and_o delightful_a property_n and_o disposition_n and_o with_o whatever_o else_o be_v likely_a to_o commend_v he_o and_o his_o service_n and_o way_n unto_o his_o creature_n the_o child_n of_o man_n now_o if_o god_n desire_v such_o a_o thing_n as_o this_o cast_v such_o a_o spirit_n of_o glory_n upon_o man_n by_o the_o gospel_n in_o make_v they_o a_o separate_v and_o choice_a people_n that_o they_o shall_v thus_o publish_v and_o proclaim_v all_o that_o which_o be_v excellent_a and_o glorious_a in_o he_o certain_o it_o be_v their_o duty_n to_o do_v it_o and_o this_o upon_o the_o most_o worthy_a term_n they_o know_v how_o and_o consequent_o to_o enlarge_v their_o capacity_n to_o the_o utmost_a that_o they_o may_v do_v it_o effectual_o that_o they_o may_v do_v it_o with_o authority_n and_o power_n yea_o if_o it_o be_v possible_a to_o the_o astonishment_n and_o holy_a amazement_n of_o the_o world_n round_o about_o they_o this_o certain_o be_v the_o duty_n of_o man_n to_o contrive_v and_o cast_v about_o how_o they_o may_v recover_v or_o gain_v the_o best_a ground_n of_o advantage_n for_o the_o performance_n of_o such_o a_o service_n as_o this_o be_v unto_o god_n so_o then_o this_o be_v that_o which_o we_o say_v that_o all_o that_o claim_v the_o dignity_n of_o saintship_n especial_o stand_v bind_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o claim_n above_o other_o man_n to_o steer_v such_o a_o course_n to_o use_v such_o mean_n that_o they_o may_v be_v child_n of_o the_o rich_a and_o most_o glorious_a consolation_n of_o the_o gospel_n because_o otherwise_o they_o will_v stand_v upon_o a_o low_a and_o less_o advantageous_a ground_n for_o the_o service_n they_o will_v be_v but_o in_o a_o under_o capacity_n to_o make_v know_v unto_o the_o world_n the_o thing_n that_o god_n have_v prepare_v for_o they_o that_o love_v he_o they_o will_v not_o be_v able_a to_o publish_v they_o without_o some_o detriment_n and_o loss_n of_o their_o transcendent_a worth_n and_o excellency_n which_o inconvenience_n they_o may_v in_o a_o great_a measure_n at_o least_o have_v prevent_v by_o the_o course_n mention_v for_o first_o the_o consolation_n administer_v by_o the_o gospel_n take_v they_o in_o their_o height_n and_o strength_n where_o they_o rise_v high_a they_o be_v very_o glorious_a unspeakable_o glorious_a second_o such_o person_n who_o do_v not_o provoke_v and_o stir_v up_o themselves_o mighty_o that_o do_v not_o lift_v up_o their_o heart_n now_o as_o god_n be_v say_v to_o have_v prepare_v thing_n of_o so_o mysterious_a and_o glorious_a a_o import_n to_o impart_v in_o a_o way_n of_o friendship_n or_o friendly_a retribution_n unto_o those_o that_o love_v he_o so_o doubtless_o he_o be_v more_o free_a and_o large-hearted_n in_o these_o communication_n unto_o those_o that_o be_v root_v and_o ground_v in_o this_o affection_n that_o kind_o and_o make_v it_o in_o a_o sense_n like_v unto_o the_o heart_n of_o god_n himself_o second_o as_o evident_a likewise_o it_o be_v that_o he_o that_o have_v not_o be_v make_v drink_v with_o the_o new_a wine_n of_o the_o gospel_n that_o have_v not_o drink_v deep_a of_o the_o sweet_a and_o rich_a consolation_n of_o it_o must_v needs_o be_v defective_a in_o point_n of_o dexterity_n and_o skill_n how_o to_o manage_v such_o a_o work_n for_o first_o that_o the_o heart_n of_o a_o man_n will_v never_o be_v full_a of_o the_o excellency_n of_o the_o work_n or_o service_n unless_o it_o have_v have_v intimate_a and_o familiar_a converse_n with_o those_o rich_a consolation_n of_o the_o gospel_n we_o may_v conceive_v upon_o this_o account_n such_o a_o frame_n and_o temper_n of_o heart_n and_o soul_n as_o we_o now_o speak_v of_o that_o be_v carry_v out_o with_o strength_n of_o desire_n to_o be_v show_v forth_o the_o virtue_n of_o god_n in_o the_o world_n can_v reasonable_o but_o be_v suppose_v and_o judge_v such_o a_o frame_n and_o complexion_n of_o soul_n which_o be_v moral_o distant_a by_o many_o degree_n from_o that_o which_o we_o call_v though_o not_o so_o true_o or_o proper_o the_o natural_a frame_n of_o it_o or_o that_o frame_n which_o at_o first_o common_o it_o work_v or_o reduce_v itself_o unto_o for_o take_v the_o heart_n of_o a_o man_n in_o the_o natural_a frame_n and_o temper_n of_o it_o that_o be_v wherein_o it_o be_v find_v before_o the_o gospel_n come_v at_o it_o and_o make_v a_o alteration_n in_o it_o and_o compare_v it_o with_o the_o frame_n of_o the_o heart_n we_o now_o speak_v of_o the_o distance_n between_o they_o will_v be_v find_v as_o great_a as_o that_o betwixt_o heaven_n and_o earth_n the_o heart_n before_o the_o gospel_n touch_v it_o be_v a_o dull_a heart_n full_a of_o itself_o of_o its_o own_o thought_n of_o its_o own_o interest_n of_o its_o own_o lust_n no_o thought_n stir_v or_o move_v in_o it_o of_o the_o least_o contrive_v or_o intendment_n to_o bestead_v the_o name_n of_o the_o great_a god_n of_o heaven_n and_o earth_n upon_o such_o term_n not_o the_o least_o impulse_n or_o inclination_n to_o bring_v forth_o the_o virtue_n greet_v or_o kiss_v one_o another_o nor_o touch_v one_o another_o nor_o ever_o change_v place_n or_o situation_n but_o it_o must_v be_v by_o a_o strong_a and_o mighty_a and_o outstretch_v arm_n so_o some_o mean_n or_o other_o of_o a_o admirable_a and_o transcendent_a virtue_n of_o such_o a_o efficiency_n which_o be_v proper_a and_o likely_a to_o effect_v it_o this_o must_v of_o necessity_n be_v
