there_o may_v be_v need_n of_o a_o magistrate_n both_o for_o the_o political_a order_n and_o beauty_n of_o the_o commonwealth_n and_o for_o the_o prevention_n of_o evil_n that_o may_v arise_v and_o the_o preservation_n of_o such_o happinesss_n which_o may_v be_v lose_v it_o be_v no_o less_o difficult_a and_o honourable_a to_o preserve_v then_o to_o acquire_v such_o blessing_n as_o he_o must_v cast_v out_o so_o he_o must_v keep_v out_o that_o evill-doer_n and_o there_o be_v require_v no_o less_o wisdom_n and_o watchfulness_n in_o a_o magistrate_n to_o make_v and_o maintain_v a_o fence_n
