whether_o he_o have_v determine_v the_o matter_n manner_n and_o end_v of_o this_o rule_n and_o government_n can_v well_o be_v call_v into_o controversy_n by_o such_o as_o profess_v to_o believe_v the_o gospel_n of_o what_o nature_n or_o kind_n these_o governor_n or_o ruler_n be_v to_o be_v what_o be_v their_o office_n how_o they_o be_v to_o be_v invest_v therewith_o and_o by_o what_o
