minister_a the_o sacrament_n discipline_n and_o do_v all_o ministerial_a duty_n towards_o his_o charge_n his_o zeal_n and_o faithfulness_n in_o maintain_v the_o truth_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o unity_n of_o the_o church_n against_o error_n and_o schism_n his_o care_n that_o himself_o and_o his_o family_n may_v be_v unblameable_a and_o example_n to_o the_o flock_n his_o willingness_n and_o humility_n in_o meekness_n of_o spirit_n to_o submit_v unto_o the_o admonition_n of_o his_o brethren_n and_o discipline_n of_o the_o church_n and_o his_o resolution_n to_o continue_v in_o his_o duty_n against_o all_o trouble_n and_o persecution_n in_o all_o which_o have_v declare_v himself_o profess_v his_o willingness_n and_o promise_v his_o endeavour_n by_o the_o help_n of_o god_n the_o minister_n likewise_o shall_v demand_v of_o the_o people_n concern_v their_o willingness_n to_o receive_v and_o acknowledge_v he_o as_o the_o minister_n of_o christ_n and_o to_o obey_v and_o submit_v unto_o he_o as_o have_v rule_n over_o they_o in_o the_o lord_n and_o to_o maintain_v encourage_v and_o assist_v he_o in_o all_o the_o part_n of_o his_o office_n which_o be_v mutual_o promise_v by_o the_o people_n the_o presbytery_n or_o the_o minister_n send_v from_o they_o for_o ordination_n shall_v solemn_o set_v he_o apart_o to_o the_o office_n and_o work_n of_o the_o ministry_n by_o lay_v their_o hand_n on_o he_o which_o be_v to_o be_v accompany_v with_o a_o short_a prayer_n or_o blessing_n to_o this_o effect_n thankful_o acknowledge_v the_o great_a mercy_n of_o god_n in_o send_v jesus_n christ_n for_o the_o redemption_n of_o his_o people_n and_o for_o his_o ascension_n to_o the_o right_a hand_n of_o god_n the_o father_n and_o thence_o pour_v out_o his_o spirit_n and_o give_v gift_n to_o man_n apostle_n evangelist_n prophet_n pastor_n and_o teacher_n for_o the_o gather_n and_o build_v up_o of_o his_o church_n and_o for_o sit_v and_o incline_v this_o man_n to_o this_o great_a work_n to_o entreat_v he_o to_o fit_v he_o with_o his_o holy_a spirit_n to_o give_v he_o who_o in_o his_o name_n we_o thus_o set_v apart_o to_o this_o holy_a service_n to_o fulfil_v the_o work_n of_o his_o ministry_n in_o all_o thing_n that_o he_o may_v both_o save_v himself_o and_o his_o people_n commit_v to_o his_o charge_n this_o or_o the_o like_a form_n of_o prayer_n and_o blessing_n be_v end_v let_v the_o minister_n who_o preach_v brief_o exhort_v he_o to_o consider_v of_o the_o greatness_n of_o his_o office_n and_o work_n the_o danger_n of_o negligence_n both_o to_o himself_o and_o his_o people_n the_o blessing_n which_o will_v accompany_v his_o faithfulness_n in_o this_o life_n and_o that_o to_o come_v and_o withal_o exhort_v the_o people_n to_o carry_v themselves_o to_o he_o as_o to_o their_o minister_n in_o the_o lord_n according_a to_o their_o solemn_a promise_n make_v before_o and_o so_o by_o prayer_n commend_v both_o he_o and_o his_o flock_n to_o the_o grace_n of_o
