his_o grace_n and_o work_v faith_n against_o put_v their_o confidence_n in_o their_o sorrow_n and_o repent_v to_o obtain_v pardon_n by_o it_o and_o against_o trust_v to_o their_o resolution_n of_o live_v better_a for_o the_o future_a and_o against_o their_o fond_a presumption_n of_o be_v justify_v for_o their_o endeavour_n of_o amendment_n these_o legal_a principle_n be_v natural_a in_o man_n they_o arise_v not_o from_o the_o gospel_n for_o that_o instruct_v we_o to_o put_v our_o whole_a and_o entire_a confidence_n in_o christ_n and_o his_o righteousness_n alone_o they_o must_v then_o spring_v from_o the_o law_n and_o consequent_o repentance_n which_o this_o law_n not_o only_o urge_v man_n unto_o but_o move_v they_o to_o build_v their_o hope_n of_o life_n upon_o it_o must_v be_v one_o of_o its_o precept_n the_o law_n command_v it_o the_o gospel_n as_o a_o proclamation_n of_o grace_n and_o a_o offer_n of_o pardon_n only_o invite_v and_o encourage_v it_o thus_o it_o be_v be_v his_o duty_n and_o what_o he_o practise_v in_o all_o the_o time_n of_o his_o innocence_n and_o flourish_a condition_n for_o what_o be_v repentance_n main_o but_o a_o hearty_a abhorrence_n of_o sin_n join_v with_o a_o most_o careful_a avoidance_n of_o it_o and_o a_o most_o firm_a resolution_n against_o it_o now_o this_o be_v as_o sure_o in_o adam_n when_o continue_v the_o same_o upright_a creature_n which_o god_n have_v make_v he_o as_o it_o be_v certain_a that_o then_o he_o be_v holy_a holiness_n and_o hatred_n of_o sin_n be_v altogether_o inseparable_a and_o therefore_o unless_o we_o will_v suppose_v our_o first_o father_n to_o have_v be_v unholy_a in_o his_o original_n be_v we_o must_v not_o doubt_v of_o his_o daily_a act_n of_o this_o principal_a and_o most_o considerable_a part_n of_o repentance_n i_o call_v it_o so_o because_o it_o be_v that_o which_o to_o bring_v forth_o the_o other_o be_v appoint_v for_o we_o be_v not_o command_v to_o mourn_v and_o to_o bewail_v and_o to_o throw_v we_o humble_v before_o the_o throne_n of_o grace_n for_o though_o we_o be_v sinner_n and_o poor_a and_o miserable_a yet_o we_o be_v natural_o proud_a and_o therefore_o a_o sense_n
