discipline_n of_o the_o church_n have_v be_v in_o strong_a dispute_n whether_o it_o shall_v continue_v or_o no_o which_o have_v it_o be_v protest_v against_o there_o have_v be_v no_o place_n for_o conceive_v under_o favour_n that_o it_o will_v not_o have_v stand_v with_o the_o duty_n of_o that_o house_n to_o their_o sovereign_n of_o which_o i_o know_v they_o be_v most_o tender_a nor_o that_o respect_n that_o they_o owe_v to_o the_o law_n of_o the_o land_n to_o protest_v against_o thing_n establish_v by_o law_n till_o the_o law_n itself_o be_v abrogate_a for_o none_o may_v protest_v in_o such_o a_o case_n further_o than_o they_o be_v free_a subject_n can_v challenge_v no_o more_o freedom_n than_o the_o law_n allow_v they_o where_o and_o while_n law_n do_v tie_v they_o they_o be_v in_o subjection_n and_o therefore_o can_v not_o in_o point_n of_o duty_n protest_v against_o such_o thing_n in_o such_o a_o manner_n to_o which_o the_o law_n bind_v they_o the_o power_n of_o the_o house_n of_o commons_o where_o this_o protestation_n be_v frame_v be_v no_o doubt_n great_a far_o beyond_o my_o apprehension_n yet_o in_o this_o case_n i_o conceive_v their_o power_n over_o law_n be_v with_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o his_o majesty_n to_o abolish_v they_o but_o not_o protest_v against_o they_o while_o they_o be_v in_o force_n by_o all_o which_o argument_n its_o manifest_a that_o the_o parliament_n neither_o do_v real_o nor_o can_v rational_o intend_v in_o the_o protestation_n to_o protest_v against_o these_o thing_n establish_v by_o law_n and_o if_o we_o suppose_v true_o they_o intend_v it_o not_o this_o author_n do_v suppose_v still_o false_o that_o we_o be_v by_o our_o protestation_n bind_v to_o reject_v and_o oppose_v they_o for_o its_o a_o old_a sound_a of_o god_n then_o by_o their_o protestation_n as_o well_o as_o by_o god_n word_n they_o be_v bind_v to_o renounce_v they_o ans_fw-fr but_o by_o his_o leave_n he_o make_v they_o speak_v what_o many_o
