since_o that_o time_n though_o it_o have_v not_o be_v so_o either_o by_o statute_n or_o common_a law_n before_o and_o it_o be_v also_o make_v a_o distinct_a argument_n to_o prove_v direct_o that_o allegiance_n be_v due_a to_o the_o king_n in_o possession_n only_o the_o main_a of_o the_o statute_n be_v in_o these_o word_n the_o king_n our_o sovereign_a lord_n call_v to_o his_o remembrance_n act_n be_v express_o false_a viz._n that_o it_o be_v not_o
lawful_a king_n be_v to_o be_v look_v upon_o as_o in_o itself_o null_a and_o invalid_a and_o this_o i_o understand_v not_o of_o the_o case_n of_o a_o intricate_a dispute_n about_o the_o title_n to_o the_o crown_n where_o the_o subject_n can_v discern_v who_o have_v the_o right_a but_o of_o the_o case_n where_o a_o king_n who_o right_a to_o the_o crown_n be_v clear_a and_o undoubted_a be_v exclude_v or_o depose_v by_o a_o usurper_n and_o i_o conceive_v the_o statute_n as_o understand_v of_o this_o case_n null_n and_o invalid_a upon_o these_o reason_n one_a it_o imply_v a_o and_o wife_n to_o their_o husband_n master_n to_o their_o servant_n and_o servant_n to_o their_o master_n it_o consider_v they_o as_o in_o a_o civil_a society_n and_o there_o prescribe_v to_o subject_n their_o duty_n to_o their_o prince_n and_o to_o the_o prince_n his_o duty_n towards_o his_o subject_n the_o law_n of_o nature_n do_v not_o make_v one_o man_n king_n and_o the_o rest_n his_o subject_n but_o when_o it_o once_o find_v they_o make_v so_o whether_o by_o their_o own_o or_o any_o other_o person_n act_n than_o it_o lay_v before_o they_o some_o duty_n which_o they_o be_v to_o may_v in_o some_o case_n disengage_v the_o subject_n from_o do_v some_o office_n to_o their_o king_n which_o otherwise_o their_o natural_a duty_n will_v call_v upon_o they_o to_o perform_v yet_o no_o human_a law_n can_v take_v away_o all_o their_o duty_n from_o he_o without_o be_v direct_o contrary_a to_o the_o law_n of_o nature_n and_o consequent_o null_a and_o invalid_a 2_o lie_n this_o degree_n of_o success_n and_o a_o great_a victory_n which_o put_v the_o subject_n in_o a_o great_a incapacity_n to_o assert_v the_o cause_n of_o their_o injure_a prince_n but_o do_v not_o free_v a_o lesser_a part_n who_o have_v not_o yet_o submit_v shall_v be_v be_v in_o possession_n before_o he_o be_v true_o in_o possession_n if_o the_o sub._n submit_v to_o he_o for_o this_o be_v requite_v
