preach_v peace_n to_o those_o afar_o off_o by_o teach_v other_o to_o preach_v to_o they_o and_o dear_a sir_n i_o will_v look_v the_o objection_n once_o over_o again_o the_o whole_a command_n and_o commission_n give_v to_o the_o apostle_n be_v this_o go_v disciple_n all_o nation_n baptise_v they_o in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o father_n and_o of_o the_o son_n and_o of_o the_o holy_a ghost_n teach_v they_o to_o observe_v all_o thing_n whatsoever_o i_o have_v command_v you_o from_o which_o last_o word_n be_v the_o objection_n raise_v that_o none_o be_v to_o be_v disciple_v and_o baptise_a but_o such_o as_o may_v be_v teach_v to_o which_o i_o far_o answer_v that_o if_o none_o be_v to_o be_v disciple_v and_o baptise_a but_o such_o as_o be_v also_o teach_v than_o none_o be_v to_o be_v disciple_v and_o baptise_a but_o such_o as_o be_v also_o teach_v to_o observe_v all_o thing_n whatsoever_o our_o lord_n command_v for_o so_o say_v the_o text_n express_o not_o only_o teach_v they_o but_o teach_v they_o to_o observe_v all_o thing_n whatsoever_o i_o have_v command_v but_o i_o very_o believe_v that_o our_o adversary_n themselves_o baptise_v those_o to_o who_o they_o have_v not_o teach_v all_o thing_n whatsoever_o our_o lord_n command_v yea_o i_o may_v venture_v to_o affirm_v that_o the_o eunuch_n be_v baptise_a by_o philip_n and_o that_o the_o jailor_n and_o his_o household_n be_v baptise_a by_o paul_n and_o silas_n before_o they_o have_v be_v teach_v the_o twenty_o part_n of_o what_o our_o lord_n commmand_v and_o hence_o it_o be_v very_o plain_a that_o the_o apostle_n disciple_v and_o baptise_a those_o to_o who_o they_o do_v not_o then_o teach_v all_o thing_n whatsoever_o our_o lord_n have_v command_v so_o that_o though_o these_o word_n teach_v they_o to_o observe_v all_o thing_n whatsoever_o i_o have_v command_v you_o be_v add_v to_o the_o command_n of_o discipling_n and_o baptise_v yet_o it_o be_v not_o necessary_a that_o all_o shall_v be_v so_o teach_v who_o be_v disciple_v and_o baptise_a but_o still_o far_o to_o invalidate_v this_o mighty_a objection_n i_o will_v here_o put_v a_o plain_a and_o familiar_a case_n to_o you._n sir_n suppose_v you_o shall_v command_v your_o shepherd_n say_v go_v take_v care_n to_o preserve_v my_o whole_a flock_n drive_v they_o from_o off_o the_o starve_v commons_o into_o a_o better_a pasture_n and_o provide_v to_o have_v they_o well_o and_o careful_o clip_v and_o then_o shall_v your_o shepherd_n thus_o reason_n with_o himself_o and_o say_v my_o master_n command_n be_v to_o have_v his_o whole_a flock_n preserve_v and_o drive_v into_o a_o better_a pasture_n and_o well_o clip_v that_o be_v he_o mean_v that_o none_o be_v to_o be_v preserve_v and_o better_a pasture_v but_o those_o that_o be_v also_o to_o be_v clip_v and_o therefore_o the_o lamb_n that_o be_v not_o to_o be_v clip_v must_v all_o be_v leave_v upon_o the_o starve_a commons_o still_o nor_o be_o i_o to_o take_v any_o care_n to_o preserve_v they_o sir_n shall_v your_o shepherd_n thus_o foolish_o argue_v i_o hope_v you_o see_v that_o his_o argument_n in_o this_o case_n against_o take_v any_o care_n to_o preserve_v the_o lamb_n will_v be_v the_o very_a same_o with_o our_o adversary_n argument_n against_o discipling_n and_o baptise_v infant_n for_o may_v it_o please_v you_o sir_n to_o have_v they_o set_v together_o our_o from_o our_o lord_n command_n against_o the_o infant_n of_o all_o nation_n that_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v disciple_v and_o baptise_a because_o not_o to_o be_v teach_v even_o so_o be_v your_o shepherd_n suppose_v to_o argue_v from_o your_o command_n against_o the_o lamb_n of_o your_o flock_n that_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v preserve_v or_o drive_v from_o off_o the_o starve_v commons_o into_o a_o better_a pasture_n because_o they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v clip_v for_o thus_o in_o one_o word_n our_o lord_n command_n be_v say_v our_o adversary_n to_o have_v all_o nation_n disciple_v shepherd_n may_v be_v suppose_v to_o say_v my_o master_n command_n be_v to_o have_v all_o his_o flock_n preserve_v better_o pasture_v and_o well_o clip_v and_o therefore_o none_o of_o his_o flock_n be_v to_o be_v preserve_v and_o better_a pasture_v but_o such_o as_o be_v to_o be_v clip_v too_o and_o consequent_o no_o lamb_n and_o thus_o this_o way_n of_o argue_v be_v so_o mighty_o insist_v upon_o by_o our_o adversary_n this_o indeed_o be_v their_o great_a and_o most_o common_a objection_n i_o have_v therefore_o take_v leave_n by_o this_o very_a plain_a and_o easy_a comparison_n to_o show_v you_o the_o vanity_n and_o folly_n of_o it_o and_o i_o be_o persuade_v that_o you_o will_v not_o countenance_n or_o justify_v this_o way_n of_o argue_v leave_v delude_v by_o the_o like_a way_n of_o reason_v your_o shepherd_n shall_v real_o play_v you_o the_o scurvy_a trick_n which_o i_o have_v only_o now_o suppose_v again_o this_o way_n of_o argue_v may_v be_v very_o injurious_a to_o the_o poor_a and_o needy_a likewise_o as_o i_o will_v here_o demonstrate_v to_o you_o by_o another_o very_a plain_a case_n suppose_v good_a sir_n that_o you_o in_o your_o great_a charity_n shall_v command_v i_o say_v go_v feed_v and_o clothe_v all_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n at_o my_o cost_n and_o charge_n teach_v they_o the_o duty_n of_o poor_a people_n now_o according_a to_o our_o adversary_n way_n of_o argue_v though_o you_o shall_v thus_o command_v i_o to_o feed_v and_o clothe_v all_o the_o poor_a without_o exception_n yet_o i_o ought_v not_o to_o feed_v or_o clothe_v so_o much_o as_o one_o poor_a child_n in_o the_o whole_a parish_n because_o child_n be_v not_o to_o be_v teach_v the_o duty_n of_o poor_a people_n but_o real_o sir_n i_o shall_v not_o so_o narrow_o interpret_v your_o command_n nor_o so_o much_o as_o once_o doubt_v but_o your_o will_n be_v that_o the_o poor_a child_n shall_v all_o be_v feed_v and_o clothe_v as_o well_o as_o their_o parent_n though_o they_o can_v not_o then_o be_v so_o well_o teach_v their_o duty_n and_o in_o short_a you_o sir_n may_v try_v i_o with_o the_o command_n if_o you_o please_v and_o i_o will_v certain_o feed_v and_o clothe_v all_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n even_o the_o small_a and_o great_a together_o yea_o and_o i_o will_v not_o only_o teach_v all_o that_o be_v then_o to_o be_v teach_v the_o duty_n of_o poor_a people_n but_o i_o will_v teach_v they_o in_o due_a time_n to_o teach_v their_o child_n the_o same_o and_o so_o in_o effect_n i_o shall_v teach_v as_o well_o as_o feed_v and_o clothe_v all_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n so_o as_o to_o fulfil_v your_o command_n in_o the_o several_a part_n of_o it_o and_o this_o be_v so_o very_o plain_a that_o you_o must_v needs_o see_v how_o the_o apostle_n in_o like_a manner_n be_v to_o fulfil_v our_o lord_n command_n to_o disciple_n baptise_v and_o teach_v all_o nation_n just_a as_o i_o have_v now_o show_v you_o i_o shall_v fulfil_v your_o command_n to_o feed_v and_o clothe_v and_o teach_v all_o the_o poor_a of_o the_o parish_n without_o any_o exception_n as_o to_o child_n or_o infant_n i_o will_v add_v one_o very_o plain_a case_n more_o out_o of_o
