this_o we_o graun_n to_o be_v the_o office_n and_o duty_n of_o the_o prince_n to_o do_v aswell_o in_o the_o church_n as_o in_o the_o common_a wealth_n the_o prince_n eye_n may_v suffer_v no_o transgression_n of_o god_n law_n he_o be_v to_o oversee_v and_o see_v every_o one_o to_o do_v their_o duty_n in_o the_o office_n
in_o the_o church_n whether_o with_o or_o without_o their_o prince_n licence_n but_o if_o it_o be_v unlawful_a for_o the_o church_n or_o such_o as_o have_v authority_n of_o god_n without_o the_o licence_n of_o their_o christian_n prince_n or_o governor_n then_o very_o our_o saviour_n &_o his_o disciple_n offend_v herein_o who_o stay_v not_o to_o do_v the_o will_n of_o his_o heavenly_a
