for_o our_o own_o benefit_n we_o shall_v observe_v it_o be_v next_o to_o proceed_v to_o praise_n god_n by_o the_o repetition_n of_o the_o psalm_n of_o david_n etc._n etc._n the_o minister_n that_o he_o may_v mind_v we_o that_o it_o be_v not_o the_o ordinary_a read_v those_o part_n of_o scripture_n for_o instruction_n but_o the_o repeat_v they_o as_o a_o office_n of_o praise_n and_o solemn_a incomparable_a doctrine_n or_o perfect_a and_o exemplary_a life_n can_v be_v too_o diligent_o and_o reverent_o attend_v to_o and_o i_o shall_v think_v those_o who_o have_v strength_n of_o body_n will_v do_v very_o commendable_o in_o stand_v up_o at_o the_o read_n thereof_o on_o the_o same_o reason_n for_o which_o we_o do_v so_o at_o read_v the_o gospel_n then_o we_o be_v order_v to_o return_v of_o these_o can_v have_v any_o matter_n that_o be_v more_o transport_v and_o if_o it_o be_v only_o the_o word_n or_o passion_n of_o the_o speaker_n that_o affect_v we_o it_o be_v no_o spiritual_a delight_n let_v those_o therefore_o take_v heed_n who_o regard_v not_o to_o honour_n god_n and_o express_v the_o joy_n of_o their_o faith_n by_o a_o due_a performance_n in_o this_o matter_n after_o this_o we_o return_v to_o the_o solemn_a duty_n of_o prayer_n which_o that_o we_o may_v perform_v with_o mutual_a charity_n and_o great_a devotion_n

be_v of_o such_o a_o profane_a spirit_n that_o they_o will_v never_o set_v themselves_o to_o study_v to_o do_v their_o duty_n therein_o both_o these_o be_v to_o be_v reject_v whatever_o advantage_n the_o parish_n may_v make_v by_o their_o election_n for_o so_o sacred_a a_o thing_n as_o the_o worship_n and_o service_n of_o almighty_n god_n be_v not_o to_o be_v subjugate_v to_o the_o secular_a interest_n of_o man_n and_o it_o be_v a_o great_a reproach_n to_o any_o parish_n that_o to_o save_v themselves_o a_o little_a charge_n in_o maintain_v a_o poor_a family_n they_o shall_v employ_v a_o person_n to_o be_v guide_n to_o the_o people_n in_o this_o most_o solemn_a office_n of_o divine_a worship_n that_o be_v in_o any_o way_n a_o scandal_n or_o dishonour_n thereunto_o or_o unfit_a to_o
