persuade_v will_v be_v of_o the_o like_a nature_n to_o he_o yet_o may_v regulate_v civil_a authority_n yea_o they_o must_v restrain_v and_o punish_v both_o manifest_a neglect_n of_o weighty_a duty_n for_o which_o civil_a authority_n and_o society_n be_v appoint_v likewise_o as_o hurtful_a to_o civil_a state_n and_o bring_v many_o mischief_n upon_o the_o same_o if_o they_o be_v not_o thus_o restrain_v and_o punish_v 2._o because_o that_o together_o with_o their_o coerceive_v law_n bind_v to_o civil_a punishment_n they_o do_v provide_v for_o all_o due_a mean_n of_o conviction_n of_o person_n pretend_v conscience_n for_o what_o they_o either_o refuse_v to_o do_v or_o for_o what_o they_o actual_o do_v contrary_a to_o god_n whether_o it_o will_v appear_v at_o least_o interpretative_o to_o they_o as_o well_o as_o other_o such_o punishable_a act_n of_o they_o arise_v not_o from_o conscience_n regulate_v but_o stiffen_v against_o its_o duty_n nor_o 3_o do_v such_o conscience_n yet_o the_o stress_n and_o force_n of_o that_o duty_n lie_v here_o because_o conscience_n itself_o by_o duty_n be_v to_o be_v subject_a to_o the_o word_n and_o bottom_n all_o it_o dictate_v upon_o the_o word_n and_o to_o attend_v to_o all_o as_o well_o as_o any_o of_o the_o rule_n of_o the_o word_n to_o all_o which_o each_o man_n therefore_o be_v in_o conscience_n bind_v to_o attend_v so_o that_o such_o err_a and_o corrupt_a person_n they_o do_v not_o their_o whole_a nor_o do_v they_o their_o main_a duty_n in_o that_o they_o do_v not_o therein_o what_o be_v according_a
