stand_v uncover_v and_o sometime_o also_o they_o remain_v cover_v in_o his_o presence_n without_o lose_v the_o respect_n which_o be_v due_a to_o he_o these_o be_v arbitrary_a ceremony_n and_o be_v govern_v by_o use_n and_o custom_n ii_o but_o that_o which_o be_v essential_a to_o morality_n be_v that_o the_o soul_n itself_o shall_v be_v touch_v with_o respect_n in_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o prince_n who_o be_v the_o image_n of_o the_o true_a power_n and_o that_o in_o such_o a_o proportion_n as_o the_o prince_n actual_o exercise_v the_o authority_n he_o have_v receive_v or_o clothes_n himself_o as_o i_o may_v say_v with_o the_o power_n and_o majesty_n of_o god_n for_o we_o owe_v more_o respect_n to_o the_o king_n when_o he_o be_v in_o the_o seat_n of_o justice_n than_o in_o a_o thousand_o other_o circumstance_n and_o to_o the_o bishop_n in_o the_o actual_a administration_n of_o his_o episcopal_a function_n than_o at_o any_o other_o time_n and_o indeed_o we_o be_v natural_o incline_v to_o measure_v the_o respect_n due_a to_o grandeur_n and_o power_n by_o the_o sensible_a operation_n they_o have_v on_o we_o certain_o when_o we_o be_v in_o the_o presence_n of_o the_o almighty_a our_o mind_n ought_v to_o prostrate_v itself_o now_o though_o we_o be_v always_o in_o the_o sight_n of_o god_n yet_o we_o come_v into_o his_o presence_n in_o a_o more_o particular_a manner_n when_o we_o approach_v superior_a who_o be_v his_o image_n therefore_o it_o be_v not_o sufficient_a to_o put_v on_o a_o outward_a air_n of_o respect_n and_o veneration_n but_o the_o mind_n must_v also_o humble_v itself_o and_o respect_v the_o greatness_n and_o power_n of_o god_n in_o the_o majesty_n of_o the_o prince_n iii_o there_o be_v no_o great_a difficulty_n in_o pay_v the_o duty_n of_o respect_n to_o the_o high_a power_n nay_o the_o brain_n be_v frame_v in_o such_o a_o manner_n that_o the_o imagination_n willing_o bow_v before_o the_o splendour_n that_o environ_n they_o monarchical_a state_n and_o the_o bishop_n the_o prince_n who_o be_v the_o image_n of_o god_n almighty_n and_o his_o minister_n upon_o earth_n and_o the_o bishop_n who_o be_v the_o image_n of_o
