ill_a usage_n of_o he_o and_o conjure_v they_o as_o englishman_n and_o lover_n of_o peace_n by_o the_o duty_n they_o owe_v he_o as_o their_o king_n and_o by_o the_o bowel_n of_o compassion_n which_o they_o have_v to_o their_o fellow-subject_n to_o accept_v of_o this_o his_o offer_n whereby_o the_o joyful_a news_n of_o peace_n may_v be_v restore_v at_o length_n to_o this_o languish_a kingdom_n nay_o and_o further_a as_o we_o see_v in_o this_o message_n notwithstanding_o they_o have_v grieve_v his_o spirit_n by_o their_o unparallelled_a abuse_n and_o offend_v he_o above_o seventy_o time_n seven_o time_n and_o never_o hitherto_o so_o much_o as_o say_v it_o repent_v we_o yet_o do_v his_o most_o gracious_a majesty_n even_o urge_v upon_o they_o for_o the_o prevention_n of_o new_a disorder_n and_o future_a trouble_n to_o accept_v of_o a_o pardon_n at_o his_o hand_n for_o all_o the_o wrong_n which_o they_o have_v do_v he_o and_o to_o admit_v of_o a_o act_n of_o oblivion_n as_o faith_n and_o promise_n for_o the_o safety_n of_o his_o person_n honour_n and_o estate_n which_o themselves_o have_v so_o solemn_o protest_v to_o defend_v and_o that_o his_o friend_n who_o have_v do_v according_a to_o their_o duty_n and_o protestation_n may_v not_o for_o the_o same_o be_v deprive_v of_o their_o liberty_n or_o estate_n but_o enjoy_v both_o with_o a_o freedom_n of_o conscience_n
