member_n thereof_o that_o the_o collect_n of_o the_o say_a money_n be_v much_o detard_v and_o hinder_v by_o reason_n that_o divers_a collector_n conceive_v that_o they_o have_v not_o power_n to_o distrain_v for_o the_o same_o in_o case_n the_o same_o be_v refuse_v to_o be_v pay_v for_o clear_v of_o which_o doubt_n and_o further_a the_o collect_n of_o the_o same_o it_o be_v declare_v grant_v and_o enact_v by_o the_o right_n honourable_a the_o lord_n mayor_n the_o right_n worshipful_a the_o alderman_n his_o brethren_n and_o commons_o in_o this_o common_a council_n assemble_v and_o by_o authority_n of_o the_o same_o that_o it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o all_o and_o every_o of_o the_o collector_n of_o the_o say_a fifteen_o respective_o within_o his_o and_o their_o respective_a division_n or_o collection_n to_o distrain_v any_o person_n or_o person_n refuse_v to_o pay_v the_o say_a fifteen_o by_o his_o she_o and_o their_o good_n and_o chattel_n and_o the_o same_o to_o take_v carry_v away_o and_o retain_v until_o such_o person_n or_o person_n so_o refuse_v shall_v pay_v he_o or_o her_o part_n or_o portion_n of_o the_o say_a fifteen_o and_o for_o his_o assistance_n shall_v if_o he_o or_o they_o require_v the_o same_o take_v unto_o he_o or_o they_o any_o constable_n or_o constable_n within_o the_o parish_n or_o ward_n where_o any_o person_n or_o person_n refuse_v shall_v dwell_v and_o that_o all_o the_o constable_n within_o the_o city_n of_o london_n and_o liberty_n thereof_o as_o well_o within_o privilege_a place_n as_o without_o shall_v and_o be_v hereby_o require_v upon_o request_n of_o any_o collector_n or_o collector_n of_o the_o say_a fifteen_o to_o aid_v and_o assist_v such_o collector_n or_o collector_n to_o take_v distress_n for_o default_n of_o payment_n of_o the_o say_a fifteen_o and_o that_o it_o shall_v be_v lawful_a to_o and_o for_o the_o right_n honourable_a the_o lord_n mayor_n to_o make_v a_o warrant_n or_o precept_n unto_o any_o collector_n require_v the_o same_o to_o distrain_v the_o good_n and_o chattel_n of_o every_o person_n or_o person_n refuse_v to_o pay_v the_o say_a fifteen_o and_o for_o the_o better_a encouragement_n of_o the_o say_a collector_n in_o the_o due_a execute_n of_o their_o duty_n and_o speedy_a collect_n of_o the_o several_a sum_n of_o money_n in_o their_o several_a and_o respective_a collection_n it_o be_v grant_v agree_v and_o enact_v by_o authority_n aforesaid_a that_o if_o the_o say_a collector_n or_o any_o of_o they_o shall_v distrain_v the_o good_n and_o chattel_n of_o any_o person_n or_o person_n refuse_v to_o pay_v the_o say_a fifteen_o for_o the_o say_a money_n or_o any_o part_n thereof_o by_o a_o reasonable_a distress_n and_o that_o for_o the_o
