defendant_n and_o that_o the_o chamberlain_n of_o the_o say_a city_n for_o the_o time_n be_v in_o all_o suit_n to_o be_v prosecute_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n against_o any_o offender_n or_o offender_n contrary_a to_o the_o same_o shall_v recover_v the_o ordinary_a cost_n of_o suit_n to_o be_v expend_v in_o and_o about_o the_o prosecution_n thereof_o and_o if_o the_o suit_n pass_v for_o offender_n than_o herein_o be_v limit_v to_o be_v forfeit_v for_o every_o offence_n and_o further_o that_o one_o moiety_n of_o all_o forfeiture_n to_o be_v recover_v by_o virtue_n hereof_o the_o
