assessment_n the_o commissioner_n that_o shall_v be_v concern_v therein_o shall_v have_v no_o voice_n but_o shall_v withdraw_v during_o the_o debate_n of_o such_o controversy_n until_o it_o be_v determine_v by_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o commissioner_n and_o in_o default_n thereof_o that_o the_o commissioner_n then_o present_a shall_v have_v power_n and_o be_v hereby_o require_v to_o impose_v such_o fine_a or_o fine_n as_o to_o they_o shall_v be_v think_v fit_a upon_o such_o commissioner_n so_o refuse_v to_o withdraw_v not_o exceed_v twenty_o pound_n and_o to_o cause_v the_o same_o to_o be_v levy_v and_o pay_v as_o other_o fine_n to_o be_v impose_v by_o virtue_n of_o this_o act_n be_v to_o be_v levy_v and_o pay_v and_o all_o question_n and_o difference_n that_o shall_v arise_v money_n of_o they_o respective_o receive_v in_o pursuance_n of_o this_o act_n which_o acquittance_n shall_v be_v a_o full_a discharge_v to_o say_v collector_n respective_o and_o the_o say_a collector_n shall_v make_v and_o deliver_v to_o the_o say_a receivers-general_n their_o deputy_n or_o deputy_n a_o perfect_a schedule_n fair_o write_v in_o parchment_n under_o their_o hand_n and_o collector_n of_o the_o respective_a county_n city_n burough_n town_n parish_n and_o place_n who_o shall_v collect_v the_o same_o unto_o the_o respective_a barony_n receiver_n who_o shall_v pay_v the_o same_o unto_o such_o receiver_n or_o receiver_n as_o shall_v by_o their_o excellency_n the_o lord_n justice_n or_o other_o chief_a governor_n for_o the_o time_n be_v be_v appoint_v as_o before_o be_v withal_o the_o parish_n or_o place_n by_o who_o they_o shall_v be_v employ_v shall_v be_v answerable_a which_o certificate_n and_o assessment_n shall_v be_v ascertain_v and_o return_v unto_o the_o commissioner_n at_o or_o before_o the_o ten_o day_n of_o january_n in_o the_o year_n of_o our_o lord_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o ninety_o seven_o and_o upon_o the_o delivery_n or_o return_v in_o of_o such_o certificate_n or_o assessment_n unto_o the_o say_a commissioner_n they_o or_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o they_o shall_v forthwith_o issue_v out_o and_o deliver_v their_o warrant_n of_o estreat_n to_o such_o collector_n as_o aforesaid_a for_o the_o speedy_a collect_v and_o levy_v of_o the_o say_a assessment_n and_o all_o money_n and_o rate_n due_a thereupon_o according_a to_o the_o intent_n and_o direction_n of_o this_o act_n of_o which_o the_o say_a collector_n be_v hereby_o require_v to_o make_v demand_v of_o the_o party_n themselves_o or_o at_o the_o place_n of_o their_o last_o abide_v within_o six_o day_n after_o the_o receipt_n of_o such_o warrant_n or_o estrate_n and_o to_o levy_v and_o pay_v in_o at_o such_o place_n as_o the_o commissioner_n shall_v appoint_v unto_o the_o respective_a barony_n collector_n or_o receiver_n and_o the_o respective_a receiver_n be_v hereby_o impower_v and_o require_v to_o call_v upon_o and_o hasten_v the_o collector_n to_o the_o say_a payment_n and_o in_o default_n thereof_o to_o levy_v by_o warrant_n under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o any_o two_o or_o more_o of_o the_o commissioner_n upon_o the_o respective_a under_o the_o hand_n and_o seal_n of_o two_o or_o more_o of_o the_o commissioner_n thereunto_o appoint_v be_v return_v into_o his_o majesty_n court_n of_o exchequer_n before_o the_o eight_o and_o twenty_o day_n of_o february_n one_o thousand_o six_o hundred_o ninety_o seven_o all_o appeal_v be_v first_o determine_v and_o in_o like_a manner_n within_o thirty_o day_n after_o each_o of_o the_o
