eight_o pound_n fourteen_o shilling_n and_o a_o half_a penny_n in_o all_o 32_o 14_o 00_o ob_fw-la james_n lewes_n of_o horsmonden_n aforesaid_a cordwinder_n for_o forfeiture_n for_o neglect_v to_o appear_v before_o we_o this_o day_n to_o give_v evidence_n for_o discovery_n condemnation_n of_o breach_n of_o the_o law_n of_o excise_n notwithstanding_o that_o he_o be_v summon_v so_o to_o do_v according_a to_o the_o statute_n in_o that_o behalf_n make_v forty_o shilling_n edward_n budgen_n late_o of_o brenchley_n in_o the_o say_a county_n labourer_n for_o the_o like_a 40_o s._n and_o for_o
