christ_n the_o love_n of_o god_n the_o father_n and_o the_o communion_n of_o the_o holy_a spirit_n must_v be_v the_o preacher_n subject_a as_o it_o be_v the_o christian_n benediction_n and_o felicity_n 16._o there_o be_v thing_n in_o aristotle_n ethic_n and_o in_o the_o ethic_n of_o the_o stoic_n and_o and_o some_o other_o philosopher_n of_o great_a worth_n and_o use_n to_o christian_n to_o show_v we_o what_o by_o natural_a evidence_n may_v be_v discern_v but_o they_o be_v all_o poor_a defective_a spirit-less_a doctrine_n and_o precept_n in_o comparison_n of_o the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n though_o to_o carnal_a wit_n they_o seem_v to_o excel_v it_o in_o method_n language_n and_o several_a curiosity_n and_o the_o write_n of_o christian_n who_o do_v but_o expound_v and_o apply_v christ_n doctrine_n do_v far_o excel_v all_o the_o heathen_n ethic_n 17._o we_o have_v no_o reason_n to_o think_v that_o any_o of_o the_o heathen_n understand_v all_o that_o nature_n itself_o by_o way_n of_o proving-evidence_n reveal_v yea_o or_o that_o any_o christian_n perfect_o understand_v it_o because_o natural_a evidence_n be_v exceed_o numerous_a and_o none_o can_v say_v that_o he_o
