as_o our_o father_n in_o christ_n be_v that_o frame_n of_o spirit_n wherewith_o we_o shall_v labour_v to_o go_v about_o every_o duty_n of_o new_a obedience_n so_o will_v we_o be_v confident_a that_o thing_n of_o that_o sort_n for_o this_o be_v one_o part_n and_o the_o first_o part_n of_o that_o misery_n wherein_o these_o who_o be_v now_o child_n of_o god_n be_v suppon_v to_o have_v be_v in_o ignorance_n 5._o ignorance_n be_v the_o fountain_n and_o root_n of_o profanity_n and_o of_o folk_n serve_v of_o their_o lust_n they_o who_o know_v not_o the_o terror_n and_o sweetness_n of_o the_o lord_n can_v never_o be_v deter_v nor_o draw_v from_o delight_v in_o the_o slavery_n of_o their_o sin_n for_o the_o apostle_n make_v their_o ignorance_n the_o rise_n of_o their_o profanity_n while_o he_o dehort_v they_o from_o fashion_v themselves_o according_a to_o their_o former_a lust_n in_o ignorance_n 6._o not_o only_o be_v the_o unregenerate_a in_o ignorance_n and_o therefore_o slave_n to_o their_o lust_n but_o they_o be_v voluntary_a slave_n give_v themselves_o whole_o away_o to_o the_o satisfaction_n of_o their_o sinful_a desire_n and_o shape_a or_o mould_v as_o the_o word_n here_o signify_v their_o endeavour_n and_o undertake_n according_a to_o the_o sinful_a motion_n of_o their_o corrupt_a nature_n for_o so_o be_v those_o once_o who_o be_v now_o child_n not_o only_o live_v in_o ignorance_n and_o follow_v their_o lust_n but_o fashion_v themselves_o according_a to_o their_o lust_n 7._o it_o be_v necessary_a for_o the_o child_n of_o the_o lord_n to_o have_v a_o clear_a representation_n of_o the_o woeful_a case_n wherein_o they_o be_v before_o christ_n do_v change_v they_o that_o they_o may_v be_v keep_v still_o humble_a and_o careful_a to_o testify_v their_o thankfulness_n to_o he_o for_o make_v a_o change_n upon_o they_o in_o all_o the_o duty_n of_o new_a obedience_n whereby_o he_o be_v honour_v for_o while_o the_o apostle_n be_v press_v these_o duty_n believer_n that_o they_o have_v purify_v their_o soul_n in_o obey_v the_o truth_n through_o the_o spirit_n 6._o one_o special_a part_n of_o this_o work_n of_o purge_v the_o soul_n of_o believer_n consist_v in_o the_o subdue_a of_o those_o filthy_a root_n which_o be_v in_o their_o heart_n contrary_a to_o that_o grace_n of_o love_n to_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o lord_n people_n such_o as_o pride_n in_o these_o grace_n and_o duty_n whereof_o they_o have_v already_o attain_v to_o some_o approven_v measure_n for_o upon_o those_o who_o have_v already_o purify_v their_o soul_n unto_o unfeigned_a but_o also_o of_o their_o fellow-labourer_n with_o who_o they_o have_v society_n or_o correspondence_n in_o the_o work_n of_o the_o lord_n and_o so_o be_v bind_v to_o stir_v up_o and_o encourage_v one_o another_o in_o their_o duty_n for_o thâ—â—_n apostle_n do_v not_o only_o press_v the_o duty_n of_o the_o people_n bâ—_n also_o of_o their_o church-officer_n and_o while_o he_o do_v it_o represent_v himself_o as_o a_o fellow-presbyte_a or_o colleague_n with_o other_o ordinary_a minister_n the_o elder_n which_o be_v among_o you_o i_o exhort_v who_o be_o also_o a_o elder_a 6._o no_o minister_n of_o jesus_n christ_n ought_v to_o affect_v or_o usurp_v any_o superiority_n over_o other_o minister_n consider_v how_o much_o christ_n be_v displease_v with_o it_o in_o his_o own_o
