they_o that_o know_v they_o not_o and_o whosoever_o will_v not_o do_v the_o law_n of_o thy_o god_n and_o the_o law_n of_o the_o king_n let_v judgement_n be_v execute_v speedy_o upon_o he_o whether_o it_o be_v unto_o death_n or_o to_o banishment_n or_o to_o confiscation_n of_o good_n or_o to_o imprisonment_n and_o that_o this_o counsel_n be_v of_o god_n it_o appear_v from_o the_o word_n of_o rule_n facit_fw-la malum_fw-la qui_fw-la cum_fw-la potest_fw-la non_fw-la prohibet_fw-la facit_fw-la he_o that_o may_v hinder_v a_o evil_a and_o do_v not_o be_v guilty_a of_o it_o and_o if_o according_a to_o this_o rule_n all_o the_o oath_n curse_n drunkenness_n and_o profanation_n of_o the_o lord_n day_n which_o may_v have_v be_v prevent_v or_o punish_v by_o person_n invest_v with_o authority_n and_o power_n for_o that_o purpose_n be_v just_o chargeable_a upon_o they_o for_o their_o neglect_n of_o their_o duty_n in_o this_o case_n we_o may_v sure_o say_v without_o any_o slander_n many_o of_o our_o magistrate_n and_o officer_n however_o they_o may_v seem_v sober_a and_o religious_a person_n be_v the_o great_a swearer_n curser_n drunkard_n and_o sabbath-breaker_n in_o the_o land_n and_o doubtless_o many_o shall_v be_v indict_v and_o condemn_v for_o these_o sin_n at_o god_n tribunal_n in_o the_o day_n of_o judgement_n because_o they_o have_v not_o exercise_v the_o power_n
