officer_n who_o together_o with_o two_o or_o more_o person_n as_o the_o officer_n or_o mariner_n of_o the_o respective_a ship_n shall_v intrust_v as_o also_o such_o person_n as_o the_o commissioner_n of_o the_o custom_n shall_v appoint_v be_v to_o take_v care_n and_o preserve_v the_o same_o from_o imbezlement_n until_o the_o same_o be_v adjudge_v lawful_a prize_n imbezlement_n to_o preserve_v from_o imbezlement_n except_o where_o it_o shall_v appear_v to_o judge_n of_o the_o admiralty_n that_o the_o good_n take_v be_v perishable_a sell_v if_o good_n perishable_a may_v be_v sell_v in_o which_o case_n the_o judge_n shall_v take_v bail_n for_o such_o good_n in_o order_n to_o sale_n as_o before_o the_o make_v this_o act_n yet_o so_o as_o to_o be_v subject_a to_o the_o distribution_n by_o such_o ship_n of_o war_n public_o and_o open_o sell_v by_o inch_n of_o candle_n public_a notice_n be_v first_o give_v at_o the_o market_n cross_n fourteen_o day_n give_v public_a notice_n of_o sale_n to_o be_v give_v or_o other_o most_o public_a place_n of_o the_o say_a port_n as_o also_o upon_o the_o exchange_n in_o the_o port_n of_o london_n of_o the_o quantity_n and_o quality_n of_o good_n etc._n etc._n to_o be_v sell_v and_o of_o the_o time_n and_o place_n of_o sale_n privateer_n division_n of_o the_o prize_n in_o case_n take_v by_o privateer_n v._o out_o of_o the_o proceed_v of_o such_o sale_n the_o subsidy_n of_o tonnage_n and_o poundage_n and_o all_o other_o duty_n and_o imposition_n payable_a to_o their_o majesty_n for_o such_o good_n etc._n etc._n shall_v be_v deduct_v and_o answer_v to_o their_o majesty_n and_o the_o neat_n proceed_v of_o the_o say_a sale_n after_o such_o deduction_n in_o case_n such_o prize_n be_v take_v by_o private_a man_n of_o war_n divide_v how_o the_o cargo_n to_o be_v divide_v shall_v be_v divide_v into_o five_o part_n of_o which_o four_o part_n shall_v be_v answer_v and_o pay_v to_o the_o person_n interest_v in_o the_o say_v privateer_n which_o take_v the_o prize_n the_o other_o five_o part_n to_o his_o majesty_n and_o in_o case_n any_o such_o prize_n take_v by_o private_a man_n of_o war_n of_o how_o the_o ship_n to_o be_v dispose_v of_o the_o ship_n or_o vessel_n so_o surprise_v or_o take_v as_o prize_n and_o all_o the_o arm_n and_o ammunition_n tackle_n etc._n etc._n and_o furniture_n thereof_o shall_v be_v shall_v be_v lawful_a for_o captain_n to_o carry_v such_o prize_n into_o port_n of_o allicant_n or_o cadiz_n in_o spain_n or_o to_o the_o port_n of_o messina_n in_o sicily_n or_o the_o port_n of_o naples_n and_o to_o put_v the_o same_o into_o the_o hand_n and_o possession_n of_o person_n authorize_v to_o receive_v and_o preserve_v the_o same_o by_o his_o majesty_n there_o to_o remain_v to_o be_v keep_v without_o imbezlement_n until_o condemn_v or_o clear_v by_o court_n of_o admiralty_n of_o england_n such_o captor_n be_v oblige_v with_o all_o speed_n to_o transmit_v the_o original_a
