the_o say_a act_n of_o repeal_n proper_a or_o fit_a to_o be_v reduce_v it_o shall_v and_o may_v be_v lawful_a for_o they_o to_o reduce_v the_o same_o in_o which_o case_n such_o reduce_v or_o reserve_v quitrent_n shall_v be_v and_o be_v hereby_o the_o only_a quitrent_n payable_a out_o of_o the_o say_a land_n if_o such_o quitrent_n be_v more_o than_o the_o crown-rent_n before_o this_o act_n payable_a out_o of_o the_o say_a land_n but_o in_o case_n the_o ancient_a crown-rent_n be_v more_o the_o great_a rent_n shall_v be_v the_o rent_n reserve_v thereout_o provide_v yet_o likewise_o that_o the_o
