herring_n salmond_n or_o other_o shall_v be_v in_o time_n come_v free_a from_o the_o payment_n of_o custom_n likeas_n his_o majesty_n with_o advice_n foresay_a do_v inhibit_v and_o discharge_v the_o collector_n and_o farmer_n of_o excise_n upon_o any_o pretext_n to_o give_v any_o ease_n or_o abatement_n of_o the_o say_v forty_o shilling_n of_o excise_n impose_v upon_o ilk_fw-mi bowl_n of_o foreign_a salt_n under_o the_o pain_n of_o deprivation_n if_o they_o be_v collector_n and_o the_o loss_n of_o the_o bneefit_n of_o their_o tack_n of_o the_o excise_n if_o they_o be_v farmer_n and_o or_o these_o have_v their_o warrant_n their_o book_n in_o so_o far_o as_o concern_v the_o entry_n of_o foreign_a salt_n and_o if_o the_o salt-owner_n or_o their_o factor_n shall_v find_v any_o quantity_n conceal_v or_o imbezele_v or_o that_o there_o be_v abatement_n give_v of_o the_o duty_n that_o be_v hereby_o warrand_v to_o pursue_v the_o transgressor_n before_o the_o lord_n of_o exchequer_n and_o shall_v have_v for_o their_o own_o use_n the_o equal_a half_n of_o the_o seisure-concealment_n or_o abatement_n respective_a which_o shall_v be_v so_o discover_v by_o they_o and_o his_o majesty_n do_v with_o advice_n foresay_a rescind_a and_o annul_v any_o former_a act_n of_o parliament_n or_o clause_n therein_o relate_v to_o the_o excise_n of_o salt_n which_o be_v
