because_o he_o do_v sometime_o make_v a_o man_n at_o full_a stature_n as_o adam_n therefore_o he_o do_v so_o always_o and_o so_o abolish_v marriage_n which_o he_o have_v institute_v for_o the_o otherwise_o there_o can_v a_o general_a rule_n be_v make_v of_o this_o a_o creditor_n require_v the_o payment_n of_o the_o sum_n yet_o whether_o the_o debtor_n pay_v it_o of_o money_n get_v by_o his_o own_o hand_n or_o borrow_v it_o or_o it_o be_v give_v he_o by_o some_o benefactor_n be_v not_o material_a only_o this_o be_v material_a that_o the_o condition_n be_v perform_v and_o the_o money_n pay_v so_o we_o may_v say_v in_o this_o point_n this_o be_v certain_a that_o the_o condition_n require_v of_o man_n be_v man_n duty_n be_v man_n act_n and_o the_o benefit_n of_o the_o covenant_n be_v
