13.6_o this_o our_o obedience_n and_o subjection_n unto_o magistrate_n consist_v in_o give_v unto_o cesar_n those_o thing_n which_o be_v his_o and_o in_o pay_v unto_o prince_n those_o duty_n tribute_n and_o custom_n which_o belong_v and_o be_v due_a unto_o they_o and_o 4._o it_o consist_v in_o pray_v unto_o god_n for_o they_o but_o of_o this_o ample_o in_o text_n and_o last_o proposition_n and_o 5._o it_o consist_v in_o obey_v their_o command_n statute_n and_o law_n here_o observe_v that_o command_v and_o law_n of_o magistrate_n be_v threefold_a to_o wit_n 1._o good_a simple_o or_o direct_o according_a to_o the_o word_n and_o will_n of_o god_n as_o when_o magistrate_n in_o their_o law_n and_o statute_n prohibit_v swear_v steal_v adultery_n and_o the_o like_a and_o command_v and_o enjoin_v the_o careful_a observation_n of_o the_o lord_n day_n now_o in_o these_o precept_n there_o be_v no_o question_n but_o magistrate_n ought_v to_o be_v obey_v because_o as_o the_o lord_n therefore_o when_o man_n mandate_n countermand_v the_o lord_n we_o must_v not_o then_o or_o therein_o obey_v he_o 3._o sometime_o the_o magistrate_n command_v that_o which_o be_v adiaphorall_a and_o any_o endanger_n of_o our_o health_n or_o the_o encur_v of_o any_o eminent_a inconvenience_n now_o this_o obedience_n i_o think_v no_o christian_a man_n shall_v deny_v to_o any_o christian_a and_o hold_v war_n with_o another_o how_o can_v the_o body_n subsist_v now_o in_o this_o our_o church_n and_o state_n we_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v member_n of_o one_o and_o the_o same_o body_n rom._n
