liberty_n of_o conscience_n in_o the_o exercise_n of_o religion_n be_v never_o so_o much_o promise_v and_o profess_v as_o in_o this_o nation_n at_o this_o day_n and_o yet_o for_o the_o exercise_n of_o a_o pure_a conscience_n many_o be_v woeful_a sufferer_n even_o by_o such_o who_o in_o word_n profess_v liberty_n of_o conscience_n themselves_o and_o yet_o persecute_v the_o exercise_n of_o it_o in_o great_a and_o more_o unjust_a than_o in-forme_a age_n alas_o how_o be_v the_o sword_n of_o justice_n turn_v backward_o and_o the_o innocent_a smite_v and_o persecute_v and_o that_o for_o righteousness_n sake_n and_o not_o for_o evil-doing_a by_o a_o friend_n to_o the_o suffer_a seed_n of_o god_n edward_n burrough_n truth_n the_o strong_a of_o all_o witness_v forth_o in_o the_o spirit_n of_o truth_n against_o all_o deceit_n and_o plead_v in_o righteousness_n it_o be_v own_o cause_n to_o the_o understanding_n of_o the_o simple_a against_o a_o very_a great_a number_n of_o lie_n slander_n pervert_v of_o the_o scripture_n contradiction_n and_o false_a damnable_a doctrine_n hold_v forth_o by_o the_o independent_n and_o be_v a_o reply_n to_o bunion's_n second_o book_n true_a as_o i_o have_v lay_v they_o down_o to_o be_v receive_v by_o such_o as_o be_v spiritual_a and_o such_o as_o love_v to_o raise_v construction_n false_o where_o there_o be_v no_o just_a ground_n
