by_o his_o word_n beside_o they_o worship_v the_o image_n of_o thing_n which_o they_o believe_v to_o be_v god_n as_o of_o jupiter_n hercules_n apollo_n juno_n venus_n diana_n and_o other_o but_o these_o idolater_n here_o see_v by_o the_o word_n of_o god_n how_o much_o idolatry_n be_v in_o abomination_n unto_o the_o lord_n and_o nevertheless_o they_o worship_v the_o image_n of_o thing_n which_o as_o themselves_o confess_v be_v no_o god_n as_o of_o the_o true_a cross_n of_o the_o virgin_n mary_n of_o saint_n francis_n of_o saint_n dominick_n and_o other_o and_o be_v come_v so_o far_o even_o as_o to_o worship_v tabernacle_n box_n and_o such_o other_o like_a thing_n but_o if_o any_o man_n think_v that_o i_o accuse_v they_o wrongful_o and_o lay_v to_o their_o charge_n that_o which_o they_o do_v not_o teach_v let_v he_o take_v the_o pain_n to_o read_v their_o canon_n and_o book_n and_o namely_o the_o lesson_n of_o francis_n panigarolle_fw-fr a_o renown_a doctor_n among_o they_o light_n for_o to_o hide_v themselves_o under_o the_o darkness_n of_o a_o tradition_n and_o unwritten_a word_n it_o be_v true_a they_o boast_v much_o of_o these_o word_n this_o be_v my_o body_n and_o make_v a_o show_n to_o stick_v close_o to_o those_o four_o small_a word_n of_o the_o gospel_n upon_o which_o word_n they_o will_v not_o admit_v of_o any_o figure_n or_o interpretation_n but_o will_v take_v they_o at_o the_o bark_n of_o the_o letter_n to_o draw_v out_o of_o the_o same_o a_o doctrine_n contrary_a unto_o the_o analogy_n of_o faith_n and_o that_o whole_o destroy_v the_o human_a nature_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n the_o which_o i_o will_v prove_v by_o these_o four_o rule_n follow_v which_o will_v put_v we_o out_o of_o all_o doubt_n for_o they_o certain_o show_v unto_o we_o when_o there_o be_v a_o figure_n in_o any_o place_n of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n the_o first_o be_v when_o the_o matter_n and_o the_o circumstance_n of_o the_o precede_a and_o subsequent_a word_n show_v that_o there_o be_v a_o figure_n the_o second_o whether_o the_o time_n in_o which_o it_o be_v speak_v be_v to_o make_v a_o figure_n the_o three_o whether_o understand_v the_o place_n
