trust_n and_o no_o more_o be_v intend_v or_o design_v by_o the_o act_n of_o parliament_n itself_o than_o strict_o to_o make_v the_o oath_n in_o the_o true_a and_o genuine_a sense_n and_o meaning_n of_o the_o parliament_n a_o indispensible_a qualification_n of_o person_n admit_v to_o public_a trust._n so_o that_o it_o be_v not_o at_o all_o material_a to_o dispute_v whether_o the_o pannel_n explication_n can_v be_v look_v upon_o as_o a_o full_a satisfaction_n of_o the_o act_n which_o whether_o it_o shall_v or_o not_o it_o can_v import_v no_o crime_n against_o he_o it_o not_o be_v consistent_a with_o sense_n and_o reason_n that_o a_o person_n who_o absolute_o refuse_v the_o test_n upon_o the_o scrupulosity_n of_o his_o conscience_n albeit_o he_o be_v not_o capable_a of_o conscience_n to_o use_v the_o expression_n in_o the_o explication_n libel_v and_o yet_o with_o so_o much_o duty_n and_o confidence_n of_o the_o parliament_n justice_n as_o to_o their_o meaning_n and_o intention_n that_o the_o parliament_n never_o intend_v to_o impose_v contradictory_n oath_n and_o that_o he_o do_v take_v it_o so_o far_o as_o it_o be_v consistent_a with_o itself_o and_o the_o protestant_a religion_n not_o know_v then_o whether_o the_o whole_a confession_n be_v to_o be_v repute_v a_o part_n of_o the_o oath_n and_o doubt_v there-anent_a and_o which_o the_o lord_n of_o his_o majesty_n be_v privy-council_n &_o his_o sacred_a majesty_n by_o his_o approbation_n since_o have_v think_v a_o difficulty_n of_o so_o great_a moment_n as_o it_o be_v fit_a to_o clear_v the_o same_o warrantable_a allowance_n and_o christian_a practice_n condemn_v by_o the_o law_n and_o custom_n of_o no_o nation_n that_o have_v scruple_n in_o the_o matter_n of_o a_o oath_n which_o shall_v be_v take_v in_o truth_n judgement_n &_o righteousness_n and_o upon_o full_a deliberation_n and_o with_o a_o full_a assurance_n and_o sincerity_n of_o mind_n that_o he_o do_v plain_o open_o and_o clear_o
