father_n to_o the_o son_n therefore_o our_o righteousness_n that_o must_v save_v we_o be_v as_o we_o see_v here_o our_o inheritance_n let_v we_o resolve_v of_o it_o we_o can_v buy_v nor_o merit_v it_o again_o here_o be_v sure_a and_o solid_a comfort_n against_o all_o the_o grieâ—â—s_n and_o cross_n and_o loss_n of_o this_o world_n god_n child_n must_v needs_o have_v their_o portion_n of_o wall_n of_o jericho_n and_o as_o they_o believe_v so_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v so_o our_o saviour_n christ_n say_v matthew_n 17.20_o if_o a_o man_n have_v but_o as_o much_o faith_n as_o a_o grain_n of_o mustardseed_n he_o shall_v say_v unto_o the_o mountain_n remove_v hence_o and_o it_o shall_v remove_v and_o nothing_o shall_v be_v unpossible_a unto_o he_o signify_v that_o by_o the_o power_n of_o true_a faith_n such_o thing_n as_o be_v impossible_a to_o man_n reason_n shall_v be_v bring_v to_o pass_v if_o god_n have_v promise_v they_o as_o we_o see_v in_o this_o place_n the_o mighty_a god_n all-sufficient_a ability_n and_o most_o careful_a willingness_n so_o sarah_n judge_v of_o god_n and_o therefore_o she_o believe_v against_o reason_n and_o so_o must_v we_o do_v if_o we_o will_v believe_v god_n word_n aright_o we_o may_v read_v and_o hear_v and_o know_v god_n word_n and_o have_v the_o point_n therein_o swim_v in_o our_o head_n but_o if_o we_o will_v constant_o believe_v with_o our_o heart_n his_o bless_a promise_n &_o in_o our_o conscience_n fear_v his_o threaten_n we_o must_v be_v full_o persuade_v of_o these_o two_o to_o be_v in_o he_o so_o be_v we_o teach_v by_o have_v be_v impatient_a and_o fearful_a but_o look_v as_o it_o be_v in_o nature_n so_o it_o be_v in_o grace_n in_o nature_n we_o can_v pass_v from_o one_o contrary_a to_o another_o but_o by_o the_o mingle_v together_o second_o as_o it_o fall_v out_o with_o faith_n so_o it_o be_v with_o the_o rest_n of_o god_n grace_n look_v as_o faith_n be_v not_o perfect_a but_o mix_v with_o unbelief_n so_o be_v all_o other_o grace_n of_o god_n whatsoever_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n be_v not_o perfect_a in_o a_o man_n nor_o the_o love_n of_o god_n for_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n be_v mingle_v with_o the_o fear_n of_o man_n and_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n for_o his_o mercy_n be_v mingle_v with_o the_o fear_n of_o god_n for_o his_o judgement_n and_o hereby_o many_o be_v deceive_v for_o when_o they_o fear_v god_n for_o his_o punishment_n they_o think_v themselves_o to_o be_v most_o miserable_a and_o void_a of_o grace_n but_o they_o deceive_v themselves_o for_o there_o be_v no_o man_n upon_o the_o earth_n for_o such_o a_o one_o or_o such_o a_o one_o if_o he_o be_v here_o or_o if_o he_o will_v mark_v it_o in_o the_o mean_a while_n what_o benefit_n reap_v we_o to_o our_o own_o soul_n for_o the_o word_n not_o apply_v to_o ourselves_o do_v we_o no_o good_a it_o be_v like_a physic_n not_o take_v or_o food_n not_o eat_v and_o hence_o it_o come_v to_o pass_v that_o though_o we_o hear_v much_o yet_o we_o and_o howsoever_o he_o be_v free_a from_o the_o guilt_n and_o punishment_n of_o sin_n yet_o the_o corruption_n remain_v still_o in_o he_o though_o great_o weaken_v through_o sanctification_n again_o here_o observe_v that_o the_o opinion_n of_o many_o man_n concern_v their_o sanctification_n be_v erroneous_a for_o some_o there_o be_v who_o have_v think_v that_o a_o man_n may_v be_v perfect_o sanctify_v in_o this_o life_n and_o have_v original_a sin_n quite_o abolish_v but_o this_o be_v most_o false_a for_o this_o church_n of_o the_o hebrew_n have_v as_o worthy_a man_n in_o it_o for_o godliness_n and_o sanctification_n as_o any_o be_v in_o these_o day_n yea_o and_o the_o author_n of_o this_o epistle_n be_v no_o doubt_n a_o man_n that_o have_v receive_v a_o great_a measure_n of_o sanctify_a grace_n yet_o include_v himself_o among_o they_o he_o exhort_v the_o hebrew_n thus_o let_v we_o cast_v off_o the_o burden_n and_o sin_n that_o be_v so_o ready_a to_o compass_v we_o about_o what!_o have_v the_o apostle_n &_o these_o christian_n sin_n in_o they_o yes_o or_o else_o the_o holy_a ghost_n will_v never_o bid_v they_o cast_v it_o off_o for_o it_o be_v a_o vain_a thing_n to_o bid_v they_o cast_v off_o that_o which_o they_o have_v not_o therefore_o they_o be_v not_o perfect_o sanctify_v as_o indeed_o no_o man_n ever_o be_v or_o shall_v be_v in_o this_o life_n christ_n only_o except_v we_o must_v not_o marvel_v at_o this_o that_o no_o man_n be_v perfect_a in_o this_o life_n nay_o we_o must_v rather_o marvel_v at_o this_o that_o god_n have_v give_v to_o any_o of_o we_o any_o drop_n of_o sound_a grace_n be_v such_o miserable_a wretched_a sinner_n as_o we_o be_v the_o lord_n himself_o have_v give_v many_o reason_n why_o man_n shall_v not_o be_v perfect_a in_o this_o life_n as_o first_o if_o a_o man_n be_v perfect_o sanctify_v in_o this_o life_n than_o be_v he_o perfect_o just_a and_o righteous_a in_o himself_o even_o before_o god_n and_o so_o shall_v be_v save_v yet_o not_o by_o free_a grace_n and_o mercy_n alone_o in_o christ_n and_o thus_o shall_v christ_n not_o be_v a_o whole_a and_o alone_a saviour_n but_o only_o a_o mean_n to_o convey_v into_o a_o man_n that_o save_v grace_n whereby_o a_o man_n shall_v be_v save_v but_o christ_n be_v our_o whole_a and_o only_a righteousness_n whereby_o we_o be_v justify_v and_o save_v and_o this_o may_v our_o corruption_n teach_v we_o which_o still_o remain_v in_o we_o not_o quite_o mortify_v till_o the_o hour_n of_o death_n second_o whatsoever_o grace_n we_o receive_v of_o god_n it_o come_v by_o mean_n of_o faith_n which_o god_n work_v in_o we_o and_o look_v how_o it_o stand_v with_o we_o in_o regard_n of_o faith_n so_o be_v it_o with_o we_o for_o all_o other_o grace_n but_o faith_n in_o the_o
