obedience_n from_o the_o obligation_n of_o the_o law_n if_o god_n will_v not_o damn_v they_o that_o transgress_v it_o and_o i_o say_v it_o be_v well_o if_o some_o man_n do_v understand_v what_o they_o say_v in_o these_o thing_n or_o will_v learn_v for_o a_o while_n at_o least_o to_o hold_v their_o peace_n the_o law_n equal_o require_v obedience_n in_o all_o instance_n of_o duty_n if_o it_o require_v any_o at_o all_o as_o unto_o its_o obligatory_a power_n it_o be_v capable_a neither_o of_o dispensation_n nor_o relaxation_n so_o long_o as_o the_o essential_a difference_n of_o good_a and_o evil_n do_v remain_v if_o than_o none_o can_v be_v oblige_v unto_o duty_n by_o virtue_n of_o its_o command_n but_o that_o they_o must_v on_o every_o transgression_n fall_v under_o its_o curse_n they_o compliant_a with_o the_o doctrine_n of_o justification_n by_o the_o imputation_n of_o the_o righteousness_n of_o christ_n be_v not_o effectual_a unto_o their_o own_o personal_a obedience_n and_o do_v not_o demonstrate_v a_o indispensible_a necessity_n of_o it_o be_v so_o unacquainted_a with_o the_o gospel_n the_o nature_n of_o faith_n the_o genius_n and_o inclination_n of_o the_o new_a creature_n for_o let_v man_n scoff_v on_o while_o they_o please_v he_o that_o be_v in_o christ_n jesus_n be_v a_o new_a creature_n the_o constrain_a efficacy_n of_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n and_o love_n of_o christ_n of_o the_o oeconomy_n of_o god_n in_o the_o disposition_n of_o the_o cause_n and_o mean_n of_o our_o salvation_n as_o i_o shall_v never_o trouble_v myself_o to_o contend_v with_o they_o about_o these_o thing_n sundry_a other_o consideration_n i_o think_v to_o have_v add_v unto_o the_o same_o purpose_n and_o to_o have_v show_v 1_o that_o to_o prove_v the_o necessity_n of_o inherent_a righteousness_n and_o holiness_n we_o make_v use_v of_o the_o argument_n which_o be_v suggest_v unto_o we_o in_o the_o scripture_n 2_o that_o we_o make_v use_v of_o all_o of_o they_o in_o the_o sense_n wherein_o and_o unto_o the_o end_n for_o which_o they_o be_v urge_v therein_o in_o perfect_a compliance_n with_o what_o we_o teach_v concern_v justification_n 3_o that_o all_o the_o pretend_a argument_n or_o motive_n for_o and_o unto_o evangelical_n holiness_n which_o be_v inconsistent_a with_o the_o imputation_n of_o the_o righteousness_n of_o christ_n do_v indeed_o obstruct_v concern_v faith_n and_o work_n it_o be_v agreement_n with_o that_o of_o st._n paul_n the_o seem_a difference_n that_o be_v between_o the_o apostle_n paul_n and_o james_n in_o what_o they_o teach_v
