communion_n at_o the_o lord_n table_n with_o person_n that_o hold_v such_o erroneous_a principle_n for_o our_o assent_v to_o their_o right_n of_o communion_n with_o we_o be_v a_o own_v their_o principle_n as_o true_o fundamental_a to_o salvation_n and_o so_o we_o either_o virtual_o deny_v our_o own_o to_o be_v such_o or_o confound_v the_o true_a profession_n of_o our_o faith_n to_o the_o hazard_n of_o man_n soul_n or_o else_o admit_v of_o person_n to_o partake_v of_o the_o holy_a supper_n that_o apparent_o have_v not_o right_a to_o it_o for_o want_v of_o those_o gospel_n principle_n that_o be_v essential_a to_o their_o visible_a interest_n in_o the_o obedience_n suffering_n and_o resurrection_n of_o jesus_n christ_n either_o of_o which_o be_v a_o sin_n 3._o it_o appear_v from_o gal._n 1.6_o 7_o 8._o that_o we_o shall_v not_o hold_v communion_n at_o the_o lord_n table_n with_o person_n that_o hold_v such_o erroneous_a principle_n for_o the_o apostle_n say_v i_o marvel_v that_o you_o be_v so_o soon_o remove_v from_o he_o that_o call_v you_o into_o the_o grace_n of_o christ_n unto_o another_o gospel_n which_o be_v not_o another_o but_o there_o be_v some_o that_o trouble_v you_o and_o will_v pervert_v the_o gospel_n of_o christ_n but_o though_o we_o or_o a_o angel_n from_o heaven_n preach_v any_o other_o gospel_n unto_o you_o than_o that_o which_o we_o have_v preach_v unto_o you_o let_v he_o be_v accurse_v and_o in_o the_o follow_a verse_n he_o repeat_v it_o over_o again_o and_o in_o chap._n 5.12_o he_o say_v i_o will_v they_o be_v even_o cut_v off_o which_o trouble_n you_o now_o if_o we_o due_o search_v after_o the_o cause_n of_o this_o censure_n we_o may_v plain_o see_v that_o it_o be_v not_o for_o bring_v in_o of_o another_o gospel_n but_o as_o the_o apostle_n say_v because_o there_o be_v some_o that_o trouble_v the_o church_n of_o galatia_n with_o pervert_v the._n 5.3_o gal._n 6.12_o chap._n 5.3_o gospel_n of_o christ_n by_o constrain_a they_o to_o be_v circumcise_v and_o so_o to_o become_v debtor_n to_o do_v the_o whole_a law_n and_o we_o find_v by_o the_o apostle_n discourse_v that_o they_o seek_v to_o be_v justify_v by_o the_o work_v of_o the_o law_n etc._n chap._n 2_o etc._n etc._n as_o chap._n 2.16_o know_v that_o a_o man_n be_v not_o justify_v by_o the_o work_v of_o the_o law_n but_o by_o the_o faith_n of_o jesus_n christ_n even_o we_o have_v believe_v in_o jesus_n christ_n that_o we_o may_v be_v justify_v by_o the_o faith_n of_o christ_n and_o not_o by_o the_o work_v of_o the_o law_n for_o by_o the_o work_v of_o the_o law_n shall_v no_o flesh_n be_v justify_v and_o chap._n 4.21_o tell_v i_o you_o that_o desire_v to_o be_v under_o the_o law_n do_v you_o not_o hear_v the_o law_n so_o that_o the_o pervert_n of_o the_o gospel_n before_o mention_v be_v by_o bring_v in_o of_o the_o work_n of_o the_o law_n for_o justification_n and_o this_o we_o find_v be_v make_v a_o matter_n of_o separation_n the_o apostle_n wish_v the_o person_n even_o cut_v off_o or_o accurse_v that_o so_o trouble_a the_o church_n of_o christ_n which_o to_o apply_v to_o some_o in_o our_o present_a day_n i_o shall_v here_o note_v that_o although_o those_o jewish_a christian_n that_o hold_v it_o needful_a to_o be_v circumcise_v and_o so_o endeavour_v to_o bring_v the_o gentile_n under_o the_o law_n for_o justification_n to_o eternal_a life_n do_v it_o in_o a_o mcsaical_a formal_a way_n which_o christian_n now_o repugn_v by_o deny_v that_o formal_a obligation_n to_o keep_v the_o old_a law_n yet_o as_o their_o principle_n oblige_v they_o to_o seek_v for_o justification_n by_o work_n of_o obedience_n to_o a_o new_a law_n under_o the_o gospel_n which_o they_o have_v no_o power_n in_o themselves_o to_o perform_v their_o principle_n with_o the_o case_n of_o the_o church_n of_o galatia_n respect_v the_o effect_n be_v in_o substance_n the_o same_o and_o therefore_o there_o be_v reason_n found_v on_o scripture_n for_o we_o to_o withdraw_v or_o remove_v our_o communion_n from_o all_o person_n that_o be_v leaven_v with_o the_o work_n of_o the_o law_n for_o justification_n whether_o it_o be_v under_o the_o form_n of_o the_o law_n or_o of_o the_o gospel_n administration_n 5.8_o gal._n 5.9_o 1_o cor._n 5.8_o for_o that_o be_v call_v leaven_n see_v christ_n our_o passover_n be_v sacrifice_v for_o we_o we_o be_v command_v though_o on_o a_o different_a occasion_n to_o keep_v the_o feast_n not_o with_o old_a leaven_n neither_o with_o the_o leaven_n of_o malice_n and_o wickedness_n but_o with_o even_o the_o word_n of_o our_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o to_o the_o doctrine_n which_o be_v according_a to_o godliness_n etc._n etc._n and_o we_o be_v exhort_v earnest_o to_o contend_v for_o the_o faith_n which_o be_v once_o deliver_v unto_o the_o saint_n 1.27_o judas_n 3_o phil._n 1.27_o and_o to_o stand_v fast_o in_o one_o spirit_n with_o one_o mind_n strive_v together_o for_o the_o faith_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o therefore_o we_o be_v not_o to_o unite_v ourselves_o into_o one_o body_n with_o person_n that_o err_v from_o the_o true_a faith_n for_o as_o two_o can_v walk_v together_o except_o they_o be_v agree_v 3.3_o amos_n 3.3_o so_o if_o we_o be_v not_o unite_v in_o one_o faith_n we_o shall_v quick_o be_v contend_v and_o strive_v with_o each_o other_o and_o not_o together_o for_o the_o faith_n of_o the_o gospel_n 5._o it_o be_v say_v by_o way_n of_o politive_a command_n a_o man_n that_o be_v a_o heretic_n
consider_v also_o that_o his_o silence_n may_v be_v improve_v if_o we_o give_v ear_n to_o such_o a_o groundless_a argument_n for_o hold_v communion_n with_o grosser_n as_o well_v as_o lesser_a sin_n we_o have_v reason_n to_o believe_v that_o some_o of_o those_o church_n and_o christian_n that_o be_v concern_v in_o those_o epistle_n from_o the_o authority_n of_o some_o other_o part_n of_o the_o holy_a scripture_n do_v separate_v themselves_o from_o those_o offender_n that_o by_o the_o law_n of_o christ_n they_o be_v not_o to_o bear_v in_o their_o communion_n and_o that_o those_o church_n who_o suffer_v themselves_o to_o be_v pollute_v through_o the_o neglect_n of_o their_o duty_n in_o bear_v with_o those_o evil_n they_o shall_v have_v purge_v out_o do_v thereby_o bring_v themselves_o under_o the_o anger_n and_o displeasure_n of_o god_n for_o it_o as_o appear_v in_o their_o epistle_n ii_o object_n be_v from_o phil._n 3.15_o 16._o let_v we_o therefore_o as_o many_o as_o be_v perfect_a be_v thus_o mind_v and_o if_o in_o any_o thing_n you_o be_v otherwise_o mind_v god_n shall_v reveal_v even_o this_o unto_o you_o nevertheless_o whereto_o we_o have_v already_o attain_v let_v if_o he_o trespass_n against_o thou_o seven_o time_n in_o a_o day_n and_o seven_o time_n in_o a_o day_n turn_v again_o to_o thou_o say_v i_o repent_v thou_o shall_v forgive_v he_o from_o whence_o it_o appear_v 1._o that_o we_o be_v to_o rebuke_v our_o brother_n for_o his_o trespass_n 2._o to_o forgive_v he_o but_o mind_v it_o well_o it_o must_v be_v if_o he_o return_v and_o repent_v he_o must_v turn_v again_o as_o well_o as_o say_v he_o repent_v and_o so_o though_o charity_n shall_v cover_v a_o multitude_n of_o sin_n that_o be_v turn_v from_o and_o repent_v of_o yet_o it_o shall_v cover_v none_o from_o the_o church_n which_o ought_v to_o come_v under_o her_o cognizance_n for_o our_o charity_n shall_v consist_v with_o our_o obedience_n to_o the_o procept_n of_o christ_n iv_o object_n it_o be_v say_v rebuke_v not_o a_o elder_a and_o therefore_o there_o shall_v be_v a_o difference_n between_o deal_v with_o a_o elder_a of_o a_o church_n and_o a_o private_a member_n for_o sin_n answer_v 4.12_o 1_o tim._n 4.12_o the_o apostle_n paul_n in_o this_o epistle_n to_o timothy_n say_v let_v no_o man_n despise_v thy_o youth_n and_o in_o chap._n 5.1_o 2._o he_o exhort_v he_o say_v rebuke_v not_o a_o elder_a but_o entreat_v he_o as_o a_o father_n and_o the_o young_a man_n as_o brethren_n the_o elder_a woman_n as_o mother_n the_o young_a as_o sister_n with_o all_o purity_n and_o chap._n 3.14_o 15._o these_o thing_n write_v i_o unto_o thou_o that_o thou_o may_v know_v how_o thou_o ought_v to_o behave_v thyself_o in_o the_o house_n of_o god_n in_o these_o scripture_n the_o apostle_n instruct_v timothy_n that_o young_a servant_n of_o christ_n and_o in_o he_o other_o how_o they_o shall_v behave_v themselves_o in_o reprove_v not_o only_a elder_n but_o young_a brethren_n and_o sister_n that_o as_o a_o elder_a bishop_n or_o pastor_n which_o be_v the_o same_o in_o office_n 1.7_o tir._n 1.7_o shall_v not_o be_v soon_o angry_a so_o timothy_n and_o other_o shall_v not_o in_o a_o angry_a spirit_n rebuke_v either_o elder_n or_o young_a brethren_n and_o sister_n but_o rather_o reprove_v they_o by_o entreaty_n it_o be_v true_a it_o be_v also_o say_v let_v the_o elder_n that_o rule_v well_o be_v count_v worthy_a of_o double_a honour_n but_o yet_o by_o sin_n they_o may_v lose_v and_o just_o forfeit_v their_o double_a and_o single_a honour_n too_o 21._o ver._n 19.20_o 21._o for_o it_o be_v say_v against_o a_o elder_a receive_v not_o a_o accusation_n but_o before_o or_o as_o it_o be_v in_o our_o margin_n under_o two_o or_o three_o witness_n they_o that_o sin_n rebuke_v before_o all_o that_o other_o also_o may_v fear_v i_o charge_v thou_o before_o god_n and_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o the_o elect_a angel_n that_o thou_o observe_v these_o thing_n without_o prefer_v one_o before_o another_o do_v nothing_o by_o partiality_n
