better_o call_v archbishop_n as_o successor_n of_o the_o apostle_n in_o the_o rule_v part_n of_o their_o office_n and_o whether_o these_o have_v not_o a_o power_n above_o particular_a church_n pastor_n in_o ordination_n and_o in_o the_o oversight_n of_o the_o pastor_n themselves_o and_o in_o the_o care_n of_o many_o church_n i_o have_v long_o ago_o confess_v be_v a_o case_n of_o too_o much_o difficulty_n for_o i_o to_o determine_v on_o the_o one_o side_n though_o the_o apostle_n have_v no_o successor_n in_o the_o extraordinary_a and_o temporary_a part_n of_o their_o office_n yet_o good_a proof_n what_o we_o find_v enact_v and_o settle_v must_v stand_v till_o we_o can_v prove_v it_o abrogate_v and_o unless_o it_o be_v a_o thing_n which_o in_o the_o nature_n of_o it_o be_v temporary_a it_o seem_v a_o harsh_a imputation_n of_o mutability_n to_o feign_v christ_n to_o set_v up_o a_o church-government_n which_o shall_v be_v in_o force_n but_o for_o a_o hundred_o year_n
