from_o their_o allegiance_n and_o excommunicate_v all_o those_o who_o obey_v the_o king_n no_o for_o this_o disobedience_n to_o the_o pope_n breves_fw-la they_o have_v censure_v in_o other_o and_o in_o his_o nine_o chapter_n he_o declare_v the_o pope_n to_o be_v the_o sole_a and_o infallible_a judge_n in_o the_o case_n what_o then_o must_v be_v the_o import_n of_o these_o slippery_a word_n they_o will_v never_o teach_v or_o follow_v the_o doctrine_n of_o depose_v or_o what_o advantage_n come_v to_o the_o king_n by_o they_o but_o admit_v the_o sense_n be_v that_o they_o swear_v to_o stand_v by_o the_o king_n notwithstanding_o any_o papal_a deposition_n though_o they_o will_v not_o abjure_v his_o power_n be_v it_o honour_n or_o conscience_n to_o swear_v to_o disobey_v the_o command_n of_o a_o judge_n who_o they_o hold_v with_o certainty_n to_o be_v infallible_a can_v his_o majesty_n repose_v any_o trust_n in_o they_o or_o can_v he_o believe_v any_o oath_n bind_v enough_o to_o those_o who_o maintain_v such_o doctrine_n to_o hold_v the_o pope_n infallible_a and_o at_o the_o same_o time_n to_o swear_v to_o disobey_v his_o bull_n of_o deposition_n deserve_v neither_o credit_n from_o pope_n nor_o king_n the_o last_o article_n of_o his_o new_a oath_n be_v that_o they_o be_v ready_a to_o swear_v that_o they_o will_v discover_v whatever_o conspiracy_n against_o his_o majesty_n so_o far_o it_o be_v well_o but_o when_o the_o pope_n shall_v depose_v his_o majesty_n than_o he_o will_v be_v no_o more_o his_o majesty_n and_o so_o the_o king_n will_v find_v himself_o delude_v by_o this_o oath_n and_o what_o if_o after_o this_o the_o pope_n shall_v prohibit_v this_o oath_n by_o his_o breve_fw-la to_o be_v take_v by_o roman-catholic_n as_o undoubted_o he_o may_v and_o will_v for_o as_o the_o power_n of_o depose_v be_v abjure_v by_o our_o oath_n of_o allegiance_n so_o be_v the_o exercise_n of_o that_o power_n renounce_v by_o this_o new_a oath_n and_o assure_o the_o pope_n will_v be_v as_o tenacious_a of_o the_o exercise_n of_o his_o power_n
