these_o be_v his_o black_a spot_n so_o that_o he_o in_o this_o regard_n may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v like_o a_o leopard_n that_o be_v spot_v black_a and_o white_a black_a to_o the_o saint_n but_o white_a to_o those_o that_o receive_v the_o mark_n of_o the_o beast_n in_o his_o right_a hand_n or_o in_o his_o forehead_n and_o in_o this_o regard_n he_o may_v be_v say_v to_o be_v like_o a_o leopard_n second_o he_o be_v say_v to_o have_v foot_n as_o it_o be_v the_o foot_n of_o a_o bear_n that_o be_v he_o act_v as_o a_o bear_n do_v with_o his_o foot_n that_o be_v to_o claw_v and_o break_v the_o bone_n of_o that_o in_o piece_n which_o he_o have_v power_n over_o for_o the_o strength_n and_o mischief_n of_o a_o bear_v it_o lie_v most_o in_o his_o foot_n so_o be_v it_o with_o the_o beast_n image_n by_o persecution_n imprisonment_n and_o death_n itself_o and_o in_o this_o regard_n he_o may_v be_v say_v to_o have_v foot_n as_o it_o be_v the_o foot_n of_o a_o bear_n three_o it_o be_v say_v and_o his_o mouth_n be_v as_o the_o mouth_n of_o a_o lion_n the_o meaning_n be_v this_o he_o act_v with_o his_o mouth_n as_o the_o mouth_n of_o a_o lion_n do_v that_o be_v as_o the_o mouth_n of_o a_o lion_n do_v roar_v with_o such_o a_o exceed_a great_a and_o terrible_a noise_n that_o the_o beast_n of_o the_o forest_n exceed_o fear_v and_o tremble_v at_o the_o noise_n of_o the_o lion_n that_o come_v out_o of_o his_o mouth_n so_o likewise_o the_o roar_a noise_n that_o come_v out_o of_o this_o beast_n mouth_n make_v all_o the_o saint_n in_o asia_n at_o that_o time_n to_o fear_n and_o tremble_v for_o there_o be_v go_v out_o of_o this_o beast_n mouth_n great_a blasphemy_n as_o in_o the_o five_o verse_n and_o a_o command_n go_v out_o of_o his_o mouth_n that_o they_o shall_v worship_v heal_v again_o it_o be_v the_o faith_n and_o patience_n of_o the_o saint_n that_o do_v give_v he_o this_o deadly_a wound_n in_o that_o they_o will_v not_o worship_v the_o beast_n nor_o his_o image_n but_o do_v suffer_v persecution_n unto_o the_o death_n joyful_o so_o that_o this_o beast_n be_v sick_a with_o torment_n of_o soul_n in_o that_o he_o can_v not_o bring_v they_o from_o the_o faith_n of_o jesus_n to_o worship_v devil_n nor_o to_o submit_v to_o his_o will_n so_o that_o he_o be_v wound_v almost_o to_o death_n so_o that_o he_o be_v weary_a of_o persecute_v the_o saint_n his_o conscience_n be_v so_o wound_v he_o give_v over_o persecute_v for_o a_o season_n until_o his_o conscience_n be_v heal_v again_o and_o though_o it_o be_v say_v that_o he_o have_v a_o wound_n by_o a_o light_n of_o reason_n be_v so_o darken_v that_o they_o can_v not_o worship_n god_n according_a to_o the_o light_n of_o reason_n for_o the_o smoke_n of_o the_o pit_n be_v so_o great_a that_o be_v ignorant_a dark_a and_o idolatrous_a worship_n be_v breathe_v and_o threaten_v forth_o that_o it_o become_v like_o the_o smoke_n of_o a_o great_a furnace_n so_o that_o no_o sun_n or_o air_n can_v be_v see_v that_o be_v the_o idolatrous_a dark_a worship_n be_v so_o great_a and_o overspread_v the_o earth_n and_o the_o threaten_n against_o any_o other_o worship_n it_o be_v the_o smoke_n of_o the_o time_n for_o the_o saint_n do_v forbear_v outward_a and_o public_a worship_n of_o the_o gospel_n for_o a_o season_n so_o that_o the_o locust_n do_v not_o hurt_v they_o according_a to_o the_o secret_a command_n and_o providence_n of_o god_n but_o only_o those_o that_o have_v not_o the_o seal_n of_o god_n in_o their_o forehead_n and_o in_o the_o five_o verse_n it_o be_v say_v and_o to_o they_o it_o be_v give_v that_o they_o shall_v not_o kill_v they_o but_o that_o they_o shall_v be_v torment_v five_o month_n and_o their_o torment_n be_v as_o the_o torment_n of_o a_o scorpion_n when_o he_o strike_v a_o man_n now_o those_o man_n which_o have_v not_o the_o seal_n of_o god_n in_o their_o forehead_n they_o be_v not_o to_o be_v kill_v by_o the_o locust_n that_o come_v out_o of_o the_o smoke_n of_o the_o pit_n but_o they_o be_v to_o be_v hurt_v and_o sting_v by_o they_o and_o this_o sting_a shall_v torment_v they_o for_o five_o month_n that_o be_v for_o such_o a_o time_n as_o their_o power_n do_v last_o now_o what_o the_o spirit_n do_v mean_a by_o five_o month_n as_o to_o time_n it_o be_v uncertain_a and_o not_o reveal_v but_o as_o the_o torment_n be_v great_a unto_o that_o man_n that_o be_v sting_v with_o a_o natural_a scorpion_n in_o his_o body_n so_o likewise_o the_o sting_n that_o these_o locust_n do_v strike_v those_o man_n with_o who_o have_v not_o the_o seal_n of_o god_n in_o their_o forehead_n it_o be_v as_o the_o sting_n of_o scorpion_n and_o the_o torment_n be_v like_a unto_o it_o now_o this_o torment_n or_o sting_n have_v relation_n to_o the_o mind_n of_o man_n as_o well_o as_o to_o the_o outward_a man_n for_o the_o sin_n of_o idolatry_n or_o false_a worship_n especial_o against_o a_o man_n will_n it_o will_v torment_v and_o sting_v the_o soul_n of_o man_n as_o the_o sting_n of_o a_o scorpion_n do_v the_o body_n so_o that_o no_o rest_n can_v be_v find_v for_o when_o man_n be_v force_v to_o worship_v contrary_a to_o the_o light_n within_o they_o else_o they_o must_v loose_v their_o estate_n so_o that_o these_o locust_n they_o do_v either_o sting_v man_n in_o take_v away_o their_o estate_n and_o afflict_v they_o with_o
