true_a as_o god_n be_v truth_n 21_o if_o it_o be_v so_o some_o man_n may_v say_v what_o need_v there_o then_o be_v any_o law_n at_o all_o 22_o for_o a_o just_a man_n there_o be_v no_o need_n of_o any_o law_n as_o aforesaid_a but_o for_o a_o godless_a the_o moral_a law_n of_o moses_n and_o the_o civil_a law_n of_o magistrate_n be_v very_o useful_a in_o several_a respect_n for_o where_o there_o be_v no_o law_n as_o the_o scripture_n say_v there_o be_v no_o transgression_n but_o devil_n clothe_v with_o flesh_n blood_n and_o bone_n do_v want_v a_o whip_n and_o be_v there_o any_o so_o fit_a to_o scourge_v they_o withal_o as_o their_o own_o law_n wherefore_o the_o law_n of_o god_n and_o man_n be_v useful_a to_o convince_v and_o condemn_v the_o wicked_a but_o not_o to_o convert_v they_o
