wrath_n contention_n sedition_n heresy_n envy_n murder_n drunkenness_n gluttony_n and_o such_o like_a whereof_o say_v he_o i_o tell_v you_o before_o as_o i_o also_o have_v tell_v you_o before_o that_o they_o which_o do_v such_o thing_n shall_v not_o inherit_v the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n for_o the_o performance_n of_o our_o inordinate_a affection_n and_o evil_a concupiscence_n the_o wrath_n of_o lust_n because_o they_o deceive_v we_o in_o the_o end_n in_o the_o beginning_n be_v joy_n and_o pleasure_n but_o in_o the_o end_n be_v destruction_n according_a as_o we_o read_v prou._n 14._o 12._o there_o be_v a_o way_n which_o seem_v right_a to_o a_o man_n but_o the_o issue_n thereof_o be_v the_o way_n of_o death_n let_v every_o one_o of_o we_o think_v that_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n do_v thus_o persuade_v we_o that_o forasmuch_o as_o christ_n have_v suffer_v for_o we_o in_o the_o flesh_n we_o shall_v arm_v ourselves_o with_o the_o same_o mind_n as_o to_o mortify_v the_o deed_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o to_o cease_v from_o sin_n that_o henceforth_o we_o shall_v live_v as_o much_o time_n as_o remain_v in_o the_o flesh_n not_o after_o the_o lust_n of_o man_n but_o after_o the_o will_n of_o god_n for_o it_o be_v sufficient_a and_o more_o than_o shall_v have_v be_v that_o we_o have_v spend_v the_o time_n past_a as_o the_o wicked_a do_v in_o this_o world_n wherein_o it_o will_v seem_v strange_a to_o they_o that_o we_o run_v not_o with_o they_o unto_o the_o same_o excess_n of_o riot_n and_o therefore_o they_o will_v not_o spare_v to_o speak_v evil_a of_o we_o to_o defame_v we_o and_o to_o cast_v out_o many_o slander_n against_o us._n wherein_o let_v we_o be_v patient_a and_o refer_v the_o matter_n to_o god_n they_o shall_v answer_v for_o their_o ill_a deed_n and_o give_v account_n to_o he_o that_o be_v ready_a to_o judge_v they_o all_o the_o punishment_n of_o this_o life_n death_n and_o death_n again_o in_o another_o world_n the_o severe_a judgement_n of_o god_n who_o be_v it_o that_o have_v any_o spark_n of_o grace_n that_o will_v not_o relent_v and_o have_v remorse_n that_o will_v not_o now_o learn_v to_o deny_v their_o worldly_a lust_n know_v that_o and_o therefore_o 1._o thess_n 4._o 3._o this_o be_v the_o will_n of_o god_n even_o our_o sanctification_n and_o that_o we_o shall_v abstain_v from_o fornication_n that_o cuerie_n one_o of_o we_o shall_v know_v how_o to_o possess_v his_o vessel_n that_o be_v his_o body_n in_o holiness_n &_o honour_n and_o not_o in_o the_o lust_n of_o concupiscence_n even_o as_o the_o gentile_n and_o heathen_a and_o wicked_a person_n which_o know_v not_o god_n 1._o cor._n 3._o 16._o know_v you_o not_o that_o we_o be_v the_o temple_n of_o god_n and_o that_o the_o spirit_n of_o god_n dwell_v in_o we_o if_o any_o of_o we_o destroy_v the_o temple_n of_o god_n he_o shall_v god_n destroy_v for_o the_o temple_n of_o god_n be_v holy_a which_o we_o be_v for_o our_o soul_n our_o heart_n and_o conscience_n be_v the_o place_n wherein_o god_n shall_v dwell_v they_o that_o follow_v their_o worldly_a lust_n and_o delight_n in_o the_o work_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o be_v lead_v by_o they_o it_o be_v a_o token_n that_o they_o be_v past_a grace_n and_o that_o god_n have_v deliver_v they_o up_o to_o a_o reprobate_a mind_n rom._n 1._o so_o when_o we_o do_v refrain_v and_o frame_v ourselves_o another_o way_n it_o be_v a_o token_n that_o god_n grace_n do_v work_v with_o us._n and_o that_o we_o may_v say_v as_o the_o apostle_n that_o no_o fornicator_n nor_o idolater_n nor_o adulterer_n bugger_n thief_n railer_n extortioner_n shall_v inherit_v the_o kingdom_n of_o god_n and_o such_o be_v some_o of_o we_o yea_o such_o by_o nature_n be_v we_o all_o and_o who_o can_v say_v that_o either_o he_o be_v not_o or_o at_o leastwise_o be_v not_o in_o the_o number_n so_o that_o if_o it_o be_v otherwise_o we_o be_v wash_v we_o be_v sancty_v and_o make_v clean_o in_o the_o name_n of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n and_o by_o the_o spirit_n of_o our_o gracious_a god_n who_o send_v his_o grace_n into_o our_o heart_n for_o such_o be_v the_o virtue_n of_o that_o spiritual_a fellowship_n which_o we_o have_v with_o christ_n that_o as_o the_o soul_n natural_o join_v to_o the_o body_n bring_v forth_o her_o effect_n so_o christ_n dwell_v in_o we_o by_o faith_n and_o by_o the_o holy_a ghost_n after_o a_o spiritual_a manner_n and_o by_o a_o spiritual_a virtue_n do_v show_v his_o power_n in_o we_o to_o enable_v we_o to_o resist_v sin_n and_o to_o bridle_v the_o corrupt_a desire_n of_o the_o flesh_n christ_n by_o his_o death_n have_v abate_v the_o power_n of_o sin_n that_o it_o can_v no_o long_o be_v rank_a in_o we_o to_o do_v what_o we_o will_v but_o do_v by_o little_a and_o little_o die_v until_o it_o be_v waste_v and_o wear_v away_o for_o as_o when_o yâ—_z hart_n of_o a_o man_n have_v receive_v a_o deadly_a wound_n he_o be_v account_v for_o dead_a although_o he_o live_v a_o while_n because_o he_o can_v escape_v death_n so_o sin_n in_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n have_v receive_v a_o deadly_a wound_n and_o by_o reason_n of_o that_o near_a conjunction_n which_o by_o faith_n we_o have_v with_o christ_n we_o be_v say_v to_o be_v dead_a with_o he_o unto_o sin_n i_o beseech_v you_o therefore_o brethren_n say_v the_o apostle_n rom._n 12_o by_o the_o mercy_n of_o god_n that_o you_o give_v up_o your_o body_n a_o live_a sacrifice_n holy_a and_o acceptable_a unto_o god_n as_o indeed_o it_o can_v be_v that_o where_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n do_v work_v effectual_o but_o that_o we_o shall_v deny_v our_o worldly_a lust_n or_o at_o leastwise_o by_o little_a and_o little_a cause_n they_o to_o die_v in_o us._n they_o who_o by_o a_o true_a faith_n lie_v hold_v of_o christ_n and_o his_o merit_n and_o do_v apply_v unto_o themselves_o the_o death_n of_o christ_n with_o all_o his_o benefit_n be_v also_o desirous_a to_o offer_v themselves_o acceptable_a unto_o god_n for_o they_o that_o by_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n be_v make_v righteous_a by_o the_o same_o grace_n be_v also_o make_v holy_a see_v that_o christ_n be_v make_v unto_o we_o both_o righteousness_n and_o sanctification_n as_o we_o read_v 1._o cor._n 1._o 30._o holiness_n be_v a_o necessary_a consequent_a of_o the_o grace_n of_o god_n whereby_o they_o that_o be_v true_o touch_v in_o all_o thankful_a sort_n show_v themselves_o
