discreet_a provident_a and_o circumspect_a both_o in_o spiritual_a and_o temporal_a affair_n and_o at_o the_o time_n of_o election_n of_o a_o precedent_n the_o say_a fellow_n be_v bind_v by_o the_o say_a statute_n to_o take_v a_o oath_n that_o they_o shall_v nominate_v none_o to_o that_o office_n but_o such_o as_o be_v or_o have_v be_v fellow_n of_o the_o say_a college_n or_o of_o new-colledge_n in_o oxon_n or_o if_o they_o be_v not_o actual_o fellow_n at_o that_o time_n of_o election_n that_o they_o be_v such_o as_o have_v leave_v their_o fellowship_n in_o their_o respective_a college_n upon_o credible_a account_n and_o when_o two_o qualify_a person_n shall_v be_v nominate_v at_o the_o time_n of_o election_n by_o the_o great_a number_n of_o all_o the_o fellow_n to_o the_o say_a office_n of_o precedent_n the_o thirteen_o senior_n also_o swear_v that_o they_o will_v elect_v one_o of_o they_o who_o in_o their_o conscience_n they_o think_v most_o proper_a and_o sufficient_a
