co-partnership_n and_o moreover_o it_o be_v covenant_v grant_v and_o agree_v by_o and_o between_o the_o say_a party_n to_o these_o present_n and_o either_o of_o the_o same_o party_n for_o himself_o same_o a_o covenant_n that_o upon_o the_o end_n of_o the_o co-partnership_n howsoever_o they_o shall_v choose_v four_o man_n to_o praise_v the_o good_n and_o that_o they_o shall_v cast_v lot_n to_o say_v good_n so_o to_o be_v appraise_v at_o such_o rate_n as_o the_o same_o shall_v be_v value_v or_o that_o he_o or_o they_o of_o they_o to_o who_o lot_n the_o same_o shall_v happen_v to_o fall_v his_o or_o their_o executor_n administrator_n or_o assign_n shall_v accept_v receive_v and_o take_v the_o same_o and_o also_o shall_v within_o six_o month_n then_o next_o follow_v satisfy_v and_o pay_v or_o cause_n to_o be_v satisfy_v or_o pay_v unto_o the_o other_o of_o they_o the_o say_a copartner_n his_o executor_n or_o assign_n the_o moiety_n or_o half_a part_n of_o all_o such_o money_n as_o the_o say_a good_n shall_v be_v value_v and_o praized_a at_o or_o within_o the_o brewhouse_n above_o mention_v without_o any_a fraud_n or_o covin_z and_o shall_v also_o make_v equal_a division_n between_o they_o of_o the_o money_n then_o in_o cash_n belong_v to_o the_o say_a co-partnership_n and_o also_o of_o the_o debt_n then_o owe_v to_o the_o say_a copartner_n for_o or_o in_o respect_n between_o the_o say_a party_n to_o these_o present_n in_o respect_n of_o the_o say_a co-partnership_n or_o otherwise_o thereof_o to_o deal_v and_o dispose_v as_o they_o then_o shall_v find_v to_o be_v most_o behooveful_a for_o they_o other_o and_o that_o after_o the_o end_n of_o it_o they_o shall_v give_v a_o true_a account_n to_o each_o other_o and_o further_o that_o within_o convenient_a time_n after_o the_o give_v over_o end_v or_o determination_n of_o this_o co-partnership_n intend_v by_o these_o present_n the_o say_a party_n or_o the_o survivor_n of_o they_o his_o executor_n and_o for_o himself_o his_o several_a executor_n and_o administrator_n to_o and_o with_o the_o other_o of_o they_o his_o executor_n administrator_n and_o assign_v that_o if_o it_o shall_v fortune_n either_o of_o the_o say_a party_n to_o die_v or_o decease_n during_o the_o term_n of_o year_n above_o specify_v before_o any_o separation_n or_o division_n shall_v be_v make_v between_o they_o of_o their_o say_a joint_n deal_v the_o other_o of_o they_o survive_v that_o in_o such_o case_n no_o advantage_n by_o the_o survivor_n of_o the_o say_a party_n his_o executor_n or_o administrator_n in_o right_a have_v be_v live_v at_o the_o time_n of_o the_o surcease_n or_o determination_n of_o these_o present_n and_o the_o say_v f_o b_o for_o himself_o etc._n etc._n do_v covenant_n consent_n a_o covenant_n and_o benefit_n of_o the_o say_a co-partnership_n and_o that_o neither_o of_o they_o the_o same_o party_n or_o their_o assign_n shall_v and_o will_v credit_v or_o trust_v any_o of_o the_o good_n ware_n or_o commodity_n incident_a to_o this_o co-partnership_n partnership_n co-partnership_n that_o they_o shall_v bear_v equal_a charge_n or_o the_o one_o half_a of_o all_o cost_n and_o charge_n party_n shall_v and_o will_v weekly_n and_o every_o week_n during_o the_o continuance_n of_o this_o co_n partnership_n make_v yield_v and_o deliver_v the_o one_o of_o they_o to_o the_o other_o upon_o request_n in_o that_o behalf_n to_o be_v make_v a_o true_a and_o just_a account_n of_o all_o their_o do_n deal_n and_o receipt_n touch_v their_o say_a joint_n trade_n and_o also_o make_v one_o of_o they_o to_o the_o other_o of_o they_o true_a payment_n of_o all_o such_o sum_n and_o sum_n of_o money_n and_o duty_n as_o by_o the_o same_o account_n shall_v appear_v to_o be_v due_a and_o owe_v by_o the_o one_o to_o the_o other_o of_o they_o the_o same_o party_n same_o party_n and_o that_o neither_o of_o the_o say_a party_n without_o the_o consent_n of_o the_o other_o sell_v or_o make_v away_o the_o same_o barge_n or_o barge_n with_o the_o furniture_n thereto_o belong_v shall_v be_v employ_v to_o the_o joint_a use_n and_o commodity_n of_o the_o same_o copartner_n so_o as_o the_o other_o of_o they_o the_o say_v copartner_n shall_v and_o will_v bear_v and_o pay_v the_o one_o moiety_n or_o half_a part_n of_o all_o and_o sigular_a such_o cost_n and_o charge_n as_o the_o other_o of_o they_o the_o say_v copartner_n shall_v bona_fw-la fide_fw-la disburse_v or_o be_v liable_a to_o pay_v in_o or_o about_o the_o same_o etc._n same_o that_o if_o either_o party_n die_v and_o have_v debt_n owe_v he_o in_o the_o say_a co-partnership_n that_o then_o the_o same_o debt_n upon_o reasonable_a request_n after_o receipt_n of_o the_o same_o to_o be_v pay_v to_o his_o executor_n etc._n etc._n provide_v always_o that_o if_o it_o shall_v happen_v either_o of_o they_o the_o same_o party_n to_o die_v or_o decease_v this_o transitory_a life_n at_o any_o time_n hereafter_o whilst_o any_o debt_n or_o duty_n shall_v be_v due_a or_o owe_v to_o the_o say_a co-partnership_n that_o then_o the_o part_n or_o portion_n of_o the_o same_o debt_n due_a to_o the_o decease_a at_o the_o time_n of_o
