privilege_v from_o the_o power_n of_o death_n since_o the_o creation_n man_n may_v have_v be_v persuade_v that_o they_o may_v have_v the_o like_a immunity_n and_o freedom_n but_o see_v death_n have_v not_o spare_v the_o strong_a the_o wise_a the_o rich_a nor_o the_o person_n of_o mighty_a potentate_n but_o all_o the_o godly_a and_o the_o wicked_a have_v taste_v of_o the_o cup_n of_o death_n what_o man_n be_v he_o that_o be_v so_o soâ—â—ed_v as_o to_o think_v he_o shall_v not_o die_v nay_o to_o think_v that_o by_o reason_n of_o the_o strength_n of_o his_o body_n he_o shall_v live_v many_o year_n yet_o so_o foolish_o persuade_v be_v many_o man_n and_o assume_v unto_o themselves_o a_o kind_n of_o desperate_a boldness_n to_o commit_v many_o gross_a and_o grievous_a sin_n promise_v unto_o themselves_o a_o time_n of_o repentance_n in_o their_o decrepit_a age_n a_o preposterous_a rule_n of_o godless_a man_n who_o though_o they_o know_v that_o as_o sure_a as_o they_o live_v they_o shall_v die_v and_o as_o sure_a as_o they_o live_v and_o shall_v die_v so_o sure_o they_o shall_v live_v or_o die_v eternal_o yet_o be_v delude_v by_o the_o opinion_n of_o their_o strength_n and_o health_n and_o bewitch_v by_o their_o vain_a idle_a and_o forbid_a lust_n of_o the_o flesh_n and_o the_o mind_n they_o delay_v their_o preparation_n to_o die_v well_o until_o the_o time_n they_o have_v no_o power_n to_o reform_v their_o wicked_a life_n past_a so_o that_o their_o present_a lively_a carnal_a life_n be_v a_o begin_v spiritual_a death_n and_o the_o time_n of_o their_o foolish_o prefix_a repentance_n be_v the_o begin_n of_o their_o endless_a condemnation_n but_o the_o true_o wise_a indeed_o guide_v by_o grace_n have_v the_o time_n of_o their_o dissolution_n continual_o before_o their_o eye_n and_o in_o a_o holy_a meditation_n of_o death_n prepare_v themselves_o to_o die_v daily_o think_v every_o day_n they_o rise_v that_o that_o be_v the_o day_n of_o their_o dissolution_n and_o when_o they_o betake_v they_o to_o their_o nightly_a rest_n they_o recommend_v they_o to_o their_o bed_n as_o to_o their_o grave_n and_o persuade_v themselves_o that_o that_o night_n may_v be_v the_o dayspring_n of_o their_o spiritual_a and_o never_o end_a life_n such_o as_o thus_o prepare_v themselves_o have_v never_o any_o fear_n to_o die_v but_o in_o their_o heart_n wish_v to_o be_v dissolve_v and_o to_o be_v with_o christ_n and_o because_o that_o this_o holy_a preparation_n be_v not_o wrought_v neither_o can_v a_o man_n desire_n to_o leave_v and_o remove_v out_o of_o this_o earthly_a tabernacle_n by_o nature_n they_o can_v but_o natural_o fear_v to_o die_v and_o therefore_o when_o the_o messenger_n of_o death_n begin_v to_o summon_v man_n unprepared_a to_o their_o grave_n they_o can_v but_o entertain_v horror_n in_o stead_n of_o hope_n and_o despair_n in_o stead_n of_o assurance_n of_o the_o life_n to_o come_v how_o much_o then_o do_v it_o concern_v all_o man_n to_o abandon_v sin_n betimes_o and_o to_o seek_v atonement_n with_o god_n
