be_v not_o a_o argument_n to_o prove_v that_o thou_o believe_v all_o the_o thing_n contain_v in_o scripture_n for_o there_o be_v gospel_n as_o well_o as_o law_n and_o therefore_o i_o shall_v speak_v to_o that_o also_o that_o be_v whether_o thou_o have_v feel_v the_o power_n of_o the_o gospel_n as_o well_o as_o something_o of_o the_o power_n of_o the_o law_n 2._o then_o if_o thou_o have_v find_v the_o power_n of_o the_o gospel_n and_o so_o believe_v it_o thou_o have_v find_v it_o thus_o with_o thy_o soul_n 1._o thou_o have_v be_v show_v by_o the_o word_n or_o truth_n of_o the_o gospel_n in_o the_o light_n of_o the_o spirit_n of_o christ_n that_o by_o nature_n thou_o be_v without_o the_o true_a faith_n of_o the_o son_n of_o god_n in_o thy_o soul_n for_o when_o he_o the_o spirit_n be_v to_o the_o covenant_n of_o promise_n that_o be_v the_o gospel_n &_o so_o have_v no_o hope_n in_o they_o eph._n 2.12_o there_o be_v not_o any_o promise_n that_o can_v be_v save_o believe_v until_o the_o soul_n be_v by_o the_o gospel_n convert_v to_o jesus_n christ_n for_o though_o man_n do_v think_v never_o so_o much_o that_o they_o believe_v the_o thing_n of_o the_o gospel_n or_o the_o word_n that_o be_v so_o sudden_o take_v away_o some_o from_o haunt_v the_o alehouse_n other_o from_o haunt_v the_o whore-house_n other_o from_o play_v and_o game_n other_o from_o the_o care_n and_o covetous_a desire_n after_o this_o world_n unlooked_a for_o as_o by_o themselves_o or_o their_o companion_n hence_o it_o be_v also_o that_o man_n do_v so_o wonder_v at_o such_o tiding_n as_o this_o there_o be_v such_o a_o one_o dead_a such_o a_o one_o be_v depart_v it_o be_v because_o they_o do_v so_o little_o consider_v both_o the_o transitoriness_n of_o themselves_o and_o their_o neighbour_n for_o have_v they_o but_o their_o thought_n well_o exercise_v about_o the_o shortness_n of_o this_o life_n and_o the_o danger_n that_o will_v befall_v such_o as_o do_v miss_v of_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n it_o will_v make_v they_o more_o wary_a and_o sober_a and_o spend_v more_o time_n in_o the_o service_n of_o god_n and_o be_v more_o delight_v and_o diligent_a in_o inquire_v after_o the_o lord_n jesus_n who_o be_v the_o deliverer_n from_o wrath_n to_o come_v for_o as_o i_o say_v before_o it_o be_v evident_a that_o they_o who_o live_v after_o the_o flesh_n in_o the_o lust_n thereof_o be_v torment_v and_o reserve_v until_o that_o great_a and_o general_a day_n of_o judgement_n at_o which_o day_n they_o must_v body_n and_o soul_n receive_v a_o final_a sentence_n from_o the_o righteous_a judge_n and_o from_o that_o time_n be_v shut_v out_o from_o the_o presence_n of_o god_n into_o everlasting_a woe_n and_o distress_n but_o the_o godly_a when_o the_o time_n of_o their_o conclude_v they_o have_v faith_n the_o spirit_n good_a hope_n and_o a_o interest_n in_o the_o lord_n jesus_n christ_n but_o then_o when_o they_o drop_v into_o hell_n and_o lift_v up_o their_o eye_n there_o and_o behold_v first_o their_o soul_n to_o be_v in_o extreme_a torment_n their_o dwelling_n to_o be_v the_o bottomless_a pit_n their_o company_n thousand_o of_o damn_a soul_n also_o the_o innumerable_a company_n of_o devil_n and_o the_o hot_a scald_a vengeance_n of_o god_n not_o only_o to_o drop_v but_o to_o fall_v very_o violent_o upon_o they_o then_o they_o will_v begin_v to_o be_v awaken_v who_o all_o their_o life_n time_n be_v in_o a_o dead_a sleep_n i_o say_v when_o this_o come_v to_o pass_v lo_o it_o will_v then_o in_o hell_n they_o shall_v lift_v up_o their_o eye_n in_o
