through_o their_o virtue_n that_o way_n have_v fall_v headlong_o into_o hell_n chap._n xiiii_o of_o the_o evil_a angel_n it_o be_v say_v that_o satan_n do_v fill_v the_o mind_n of_o some_o not_o enter_v into_o they_o and_o their_o sense_n but_o entice_a and_o induce_v they_o by_o guile_n and_o iniquity_n do_v by_o every_o malicious_a mean_n bring_v lewd_a motion_n and_o allure_a vice_n into_o their_o thought_n but_o the_o devil_n do_v not_o fill_v the_o soul_n by_o participation_n of_o nature_n or_o substance_n as_o some_o think_v as_o a_o inhabiter_n therein_o but_o by_o fraudulent_a deceit_n and_o malice_n fill_v they_o who_o it_o be_v say_v he_o dwell_v in_o for_o it_o only_o belong_v to_o the_o trinity_n to_o fill_v the_o nature_n and_o substance_n which_o it_o have_v create_v chap._n xv._n that_o we_o desire_v and_o seek_v after_o good_a thing_n whosoever_o true_o and_o unfayned_o be_v wail_v his_o sin_n and_o will_v fear_v to_o commit_v sin_n and_o will_v rebuke_v himself_o in_o his_o small_a fault_n remember_v how_o much_o he_o have_v offend_v in_o the_o great_a and_o although_o with_o how_o great_a virtue_n soever_o his_o mind_n may_v be_v mighty_a and_o with_o how_o great_a constancy_n it_o may_v be_v in_o force_n yet_o childish_o notwithstanding_o some_o fleshly_a toy_n will_v outward_o bewray_v themselves_o and_o except_o with_o a_o certain_a manly_a vehemency_n they_o be_v restrain_v they_o draw_v the_o weak_a mind_n to_o all_o frailty_n and_o lightness_n wherein_o if_o by_o long_a custom_n it_o be_v enure_v when_o it_o will_v rise_v it_o can_v be_v press_v down_o by_o the_o weight_n of_o evil_a use_n and_o custom_n therefore_o as_o the_o apostle_n say_v who_o soever_o stand_v let_v he_o take_v heed_n he_o fall_v not_o and_o if_o he_o fall_v let_v he_o with_o a_o humble_a &_o contrite_a heart_n very_o quick_o rise_v again_o let_v there_o be_v no_o defer_v let_v he_o be_v the_o â—umâ—ler_n in_o his_o own_o conscience_n the_o earnest_a and_o ready_a to_o repentance_n and_o the_o waryer_n not_o to_o offend_v again_o for_o whosoever_o through_o the_o only_a desire_n of_o heavenly_a blessedness_n hate_v these_o temporal_a thing_n and_o love_v nothing_o of_o this_o world_n and_o seek_v only_o he_o after_o everlasting_a country_n shall_v be_v comfort_v and_o sustain_v with_o great_a peace_n and_o tranquillity_n of_o mind_n how_o much_o the_o clear_a do_v man_n see_v god_n when_o he_o find_v himself_o with_o hâ—m_n alone_o for_o nothing_o be_v more_o present_a than_o god_n and_o nothing_o more_o secret_a we_o ought_v to_o desire_v therefore_o a_o separation_n of_o the_o mind_n from_o the_o swarm_n of_o earthly_a delight_n and_o desire_n and_o then_o drive_v out_o from_o the_o inward_a of_o the_o heart_n the_o commotion_n of_o unlawful_a imagination_n &_o thought_n we_o shall_v labour_v with_o diligence_n to_o our_o heavenly_a country_n for_o the_o love_n of_o eternal_a rest_n let_v we_o deep_o consider_v what_o those_o companion_n of_o angel_n be_v what_o that_o fellowshipp_n be_v of_o bless_a soul_n what_o be_v the_o majesty_n of_o the_o vision_n of_o god_n and_o how_o god_n do_v comfort_v his_o saint_n with_o the_o sweet_a everlastingness_n thereof_o for_o no_o man_n in_o this_o life_n can_v worthy_o weigh_v in_o his_o mind_n how_o great_a that_o felicity_n be_v to_o see_v god_n face_n to_o face_n how_o much_o sweetness_n to_o hear_v that_o angelical_a melody_n how_o much_o gladness_n to_o enjoy_v the_o company_n of_o all_o saint_n for_o every_o one_o shall_v rejoice_v so_o much_o at_o the_o blessedness_n of_o the_o other_o as_o at_o his_o own_o unspeakable_a joy_n in_o that_o glory_n i_o bebeholde_v nothing_o more_o willing_o i_o find_v nothing_o more_o delectable_a to_o contemplate_v than_o the_o affection_n of_o the_o inward_a love_n wherewith_o every_o one_o shall_v love_v the_o other_o so_o much_o as_o himself_o &_o god_n more_o than_o himself_o and_o god_n shall_v love_v they_o more_o than_o they_o shall_v love_v themselves_o and_o that_o in_o perpetual_a joy_n there_o we_o shall_v see_v nothing_o strange_a we_o shall_v love_v nothing_o out_o of_o order_n we_o shall_v hear_v nothing_o to_o offend_v out_o ear_n for_o all_o thing_n there_o be_v agree_v all_o thing_n delightful_a all_o thing_n quiet_a there_o be_v all_o felicity_n all_o pleasantness_n all_o gladness_n all_o thing_n goodly_a to_o behold_v all_o beauty_n all_o sweetness_n whatsoever_o be_v needful_a and_o whatsoever_o to_o delight_v be_v there_o as_o all_o riches_n and_o all_o dainties_n all_o rest_n and_o all_o solace_n there_o be_v continual_a tranquillity_n pleasant_a sayrenesse_n eternal_a joyfulness_n joyful_a and_o honourable_a praise_n and_o the_o full_a knowledge_n of_o all_o good_a thing_n for_o what_o may_v be_v want_v there_o where_o god_n be_v which_o want_v nothing_o how_o many_o so_o ever_o be_v there_o be_v as_o god_n neither_o it_o need_v
