be_v death_n which_o lay_v watch_n against_o man_n to_o slay_v he_o the_o clerk_n that_o take_v up_o the_o knife_n be_v every_o worldly_a man_n that_o covet_v ever_o to_o have_v all_o thing_n at_o moreover_o content_a to_o suffer_v death_n for_o our_o full_a justification_n the_o seven_o history_n in_o rome_n dwell_v sometime_o a_o mighty_a emperor_n name_v titus_n a_o wise_a man_n &_o a_o diseréete_n which_o ordain_v in_o his_o day_n such_o a_o law_n that_o what_o knight_n die_v in_o his_o empire_n shall_v be_v bury_v in_o his_o armour_n and_o who_o so_o ever_o presume_v to_o spoil_v any_o knight_n armour_n after_o he_o be_v dead_a he_o shall_v die_v without_o any_o withstand_v or_o gain_n say_v it_o befall_v after_o within_o few_o year_n that_o a_o city_n of_o the_o empire_n be_v be_v good_a where_o as_o it_o be_v make_v in_o feeble_a place_n which_o shall_v cause_v the_o lord_n of_o the_o house_n to_o make_v his_o wall_n strong_a that_o the_o thief_n after_o that_o break_v not_o the_o wall_n â—o_o light_o in_o aâ—â—oâ—ing_v of_o more_o harm_n then_o say_v the_o justice_n if_o the_o break_n of_o the_o house_n be_v good_a nevertheless_o in_o that_o break_n violence_n be_v do_v to_o the_o lord_n of_o the_o house_n and_o so_o though_o thou_o do_v good_a with_o the_o armour_n of_o the_o dead_a knight_n nevertheless_o thou_o do_v wrong_v to_o the_o dead_a knight_n in_o take_v away_o his_o armour_n the_o knight_n say_v i_o have_v tell_v you_o that_o of_o two_o harm_n the_o least_o be_v to_o be_v choose_v and_o that_o harm_n where_o through_o great_a goodnsse_n come_v
