or_o not_o do_v christ_n die_v for_o all_o the_o ungodly_a in_o the_o world_n and_o sinner_n that_o they_o shall_v live_v and_o die_v in_o their_o ungodliness_n and_o sin_n or_o live_v unto_o he_o and_o whether_o or_o not_o do_v christ_n shed_v his_o blood_n for_o all_o man_n and_o be_v a_o propitiation_n for_o the_o sin_n of_o all_o man_n and_o whether_o or_o not_o these_o that_o do_v not_o hold_v this_o be_v these_o that_o make_v sect_n and_o be_v out_o of_o the_o same_o spirit_n and_o doctrine_n of_o the_o apostle_n survey_n this_o inspirer_n of_o the_o quaker_n be_v either_o a_o ignorant_a blockhead_n or_o else_o a_o captious_a sophister_n for_o here_o we_o have_v a_o disjunctive_a question_n or_o problem_n propose_v by_o he_o in_o such_o a_o manner_n that_o whatever_o member_n thereof_o we_o yield_v we_o be_v absurd_o fang_v for_o whether_o we_o say_v that_o christ_n die_v for_o all_o the_o ungodly_a and_o sinner_n in_o the_o world_n that_o they_o shall_v live_v and_o die_v in_o their_o ungodliness_n and_o sin_n or_o whether_o we_o say_v that_o he_o die_v for_o all_o the_o ungodly_a and_o sinner_n in_o the_o world_n that_o they_o shall_v live_v to_o he_o we_o still_o speak_v false_o and_o absurd_o too_o for_o the_o first_o way_n we_o shall_v say_v that_o christ_n die_v for_o all_o these_o that_o they_o may_v live_v and_o die_v in_o their_o ungodliness_n and_o sin_n than_o which_o nothing_o can_v be_v say_v worse_o and_o the_o last_o way_n we_o shall_v say_v that_o christ_n die_v for_o all_o man_n in_o the_o world_n elect_a and_o reprobate_n which_o be_v also_o both_o false_a and_o absurd_a we_o must_v therefore_o purge_v the_o question_n from_o a_o plurality_n of_o interrogation_n which_o be_v the_o true_a vice_n of_o every_o member_n thereof_o and_o propose_v it_o thus_o whether_o do_v christ_n die_v for_o all_o the_o ungodly_a and_o sinner_n in_o the_o world_n or_o only_o for_o the_o elect_n that_o this_o be_v the_o true_a state_n of_o their_o present_a question_n their_o scope_n and_o the_o rest_n of_o the_o query_n declare_v albeit_o the_o adversary_n either_o through_o ignorance_n can_v not_o or_o for_o wickedness_n will_v not_o right_o propose_v it_o it_o be_v the_o know_a doctrine_n of_o the_o quaker_n with_o arminian_n and_o jesuit_n that_o christ_n die_v for_o all_o man_n whatsoever_o without_o exception_n as_o also_o be_v for_o all_o christ_n death_n eternal_o damn_v and_o the_o arminian_o plain_o contradict_v this_o text_n affirm_v that_o christ_n die_v for_o reprobate_n who_o be_v eternal_o damn_v four_o christ_n do_v not_o die_v for_o these_o for_o who_o he_o will_v not_o pray_v see_v it_o be_v much_o less_o to_o pray_v for_o one_o and_o to_o lend_v he_o but_o a_o good_a wish_n than_o to_o die_v for_o he_o nor_o can_v it_o be_v conceive_v that_o he_o who_o will_v not_o bestow_v a_o small_a entreaty_n for_o i_o will_v ever_o bestow_v his_o life_n for_o i_o but_o christ_n will_v not_o so_o whatsoever_o conditional_o christ_n shall_v by_o his_o death_n have_v purchase_v redemption_n upon_o condition_n of_o their_o believe_v for_o these_o who_o long_o before_o his_o death_n be_v already_o actual_o damn_v in_o hell_n for_o who_o there_o be_v no_o place_n leave_v for_o redemption_n which_o be_v extreme_o absurd_a that_o a_o price_n shall_v be_v exact_v from_o the_o redeemer_n for_o power_n joh._n 6.44_o and_o 15.5_o 1_o cor._n 2.14_o eph._n 2.8_o philip_n 1.29_o heb._n 12.2_o if_o then_o the_o condition_n be_v a_o gift_n of_o god_n then_o god_n either_o bestow_v it_o upon_o reprobate_n or_o not_o if_o he_o do_v than_o he_o either_o bestow_v it_o upon_o they_o absolute_o or_o else_o conditional_o if_o absolute_o than_o reprobate_n shall_v thereby_o be_v make_v believer_n reprobate_n then_o they_o can_v be_v say_v to_o be_v redeem_v see_v so_o their_o redemption_n as_o be_v clear_a from_o what_o be_v now_o say_v depend_v upon_o a_o condition_n which_o be_v neither_o in_o their_o own_o power_n nor_o yet_o do_v god_n bestow_v it_o upon_o they_o and_o so_o it_o be_v utter_o impossible_a for_o they_o ever_o to_o perform_v and_o will_v any_o man_n say_v that_o a_o man_n be_v redeem_a when_o yet_o his_o redemption_n be_v not_o make_v so_o much_o as_o possible_a to_o he_o his_o redemption_n be_v upon_o the_o supposition_n and_o ground_n now_o lay_v down_o as_o impossible_a for_o he_o as_o when_o a_o man_n say_v if_o you_o will_v bring_v down_o the_o star_n i_o will_v give_v you_o my_o daughter_n the_o marriage_n with_o his_o daughter_n be_v impossible_a
